Hotel's Favourite

French elegance

Sofitel The Palm Dubai is the crème de la crème of hotels situated on the Palm Jumeirah. We are talking not only the world class facilities they have to offer but most importantly the impeccable services delivered by each member of staff in the hotel. Reservations: Cris was very helpful and accommodating to our queries regarding room rates and packages. Highly recommended as he is very knowledgeable about all the packages and rates. Reception: Upon arrival, we were greeted by warm smile by the lovely lady at the reception named Vashee. She’s the one who processed our check-in, we arrived early and we understand that standard check-in time is at 3pm. We were happy to wait and relax by the pool and after an hour or so we received a call from her saying that room Is ready! Happy days! There are few more people we wanted to thank at the reception - Otman, Soliman and Asif. Club Lounge: we were given Club Lounge access during our stay at the resort. It’s a spacious place to chill and have refreshments while having a break from the warm weather of the city. We were very looked after - thank you to Ksenia and Princess and the whole team. Guest Relations: after getting the room in the morning, we decided to park ourselves by the pool near the apartments of the resort - top tip: pools by the apartment are quieter than the main one by the main building. By the time we get back to our room, a heart-touching surprise was waiting - a cake (very delicious) and a card greetings from Yashirah and Azar. We were celebrating our 3rd wedding anniversary and those little things made the celebrations extra special. Bell and Concierge: our bags upon arrival were taken care by Vishnu - he’s very funny! Then delivered to the room by Rizwan - who helped us as well upon departure with our bags and transportation to the airport. Carl at the concierge Desk is certainly our favourite- cheeky and funny but also very helpful. Very informative about what’s happening across the city - especially with the Expo. He gave us tips on how to get there without paying extra for transfers between the hotel and Expo . World Eatery: it’s an international restaurant if i am not mistake, located by the apartments side next to the pool. They have the best pepperoni pizza and most refreshing mojito. They have lovely staff too - Sai and Wilbert! We even had a chat with them. Housekeeping: our room was very looked after - we received morning cleaning to replenish our amenities and turn down service on daily basis by an absolute star - Rama, his name is! We can’t thank him enough in making sure our room is immaculate. We needed some bits and pieces one day and have to ring Housekeeping and Jojit was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you for our chocolate treats. Spa: world class spa facilities and amenities- they recently partnered with L’occitane. Relaxing escape from the real world. They have indoor and outdoor experience pools, complete with sauna and steam room. Spa experience at Sofitel was one of our holiday highlights. Hana from the reception was lovely and helpful - she’s the one who helped us with our booking as we made it advance prior to travel. We are terribly sorry as we both can’t remember the two masseuses who delivered an excellent job. We were lucky enough to get a couple suite on the day of our appointment. Porterhouse bar: how about ending the holidays with some drinks - we went to Porterhouse bar adjacent to the restaurant and concierge desks. We were greeted by Ryan who is the bar manager (not 100%sure). Great ambiance and vibes. If by any chance you’ll be in Porterhouse Bar - look for Ryan and ask for mojito - he’ll bring you the best ones. Hotel and Resort : green wall is an impressive feature! Plenty of spaces across the resort, beach promenade too!…

Amazing spa

Deep massage with Male Massage Had my Massage with Super Rashid .don't usually like having a male masseuse but this was possibly the best massage I've ever had .Really professional and did what it advertises .also got to use the rest of the facilities.

Love the Charm of Sofitel The Palm, Dubai

Love the charm of Sofitel The Palm Dubai hotel. Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all. Atmosphere is extremely comfortable. Room was spacious and ambience was Great. The vintage aesthetics were awesome. This is a beautiful hotel! It’s great Hotel and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Professional Staff with best service, Thank you Mr. Sufiyan from Front Office to make us feel more Comfy.

Ladies Day SPA

Weeraya was superb. Wonderful massage and lovely service. Gertrude was a joy. She helped me and was extremely pleasant. Willing to answer questions. Ismail at the front desk was very kind. He had a very welcoming smile which is what you need when you start at the spa. All in all, Sofitel has put together a lovely experience. Well done

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic holiday. We came for a week with family and we have enjoyed everything about the trip. The restaurant are fantastic. The food choices for children is fantastic as well. Staff are so welcoming especially Julius, was very helpful. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. We will be returning next year for sure. Thank you so much🤍

Relaxed evening at The World Eatery

We booked the World Eatery during our 10 night stay at the Sofitel Palm. We really enjoy the variety of restaurants we can access as part of the Half-board option. At World Eatery, we were looked after by Milan, and he did a great job catering to our every need.

Great dinner!

Wonderful dinner, excellent service! Delicious! Special thanks to Tek who made it a wonderful experience for our farewell dinner at Porterhouse Sofitel Palm Dubai. We will definitely come back next year!

Excellent hotel

Excellent hotel. Nice spacious rooms, great food, service and beach. We stayed on the fullboard and you can enjoy all the different restaurants as well as the buffet. Special thank you to Sumon and Uzzal who cleaned our room and made sure we had everything we needed the whole week. Would also like to thank all the employees at the towel service and the beach - great service and always happy to help.

Best hotel in Dubai

Incredible experience, superb staff. Huge thank you to Nikson, Jay Moana, Thazin, Dhaval, and Rajesh. The service and ambience is impeccable, wonderful surroundings and such a friendly warm environment. I highly recommend this amazing hotel we will be going back.
