We had a great stay at this hotel. We stayed for a month and this place became our home away from home. The staff attitude is exceptional. They make you feel welcomed and cared for. Special thanks go to Austin at the reception for helping us resolve the reservation issue when we arrived at 6 am in the morning after a very long flight. Facilities are well maintained and very user-friendly. My only constructive feedback would be - when staying on the top floor, the AC noise outside is quite noticeable. Not suitable for light sleepers unless using earplugs.

Hi We are staying here for almost a year, we really like the place, it is super spacious and Hotel Staff specially from House Keeping Department and reception is really good very helpful and kind - Liyas, Dolma, Badusha from Housekeeping and Ganesh from reception area has been really helpful. Even the Gym facility are good, Location is near by to metro station. You will really like the stay here.

Very good hotel Clean tidy excellent service. Al.khoory is a part of a billionaire family from abu dhabi and they stand for their name and its proven by their team. And team makes value to businesses. Best part was we left out wallet with a decent amount of money cards euro dhs etc. As the management was Informed by housekeeping about wallet left in room they contacted us and returned. Already I was happy with their service and seeing their honesty has made me their customer for life.. I was very impressed by the overall service I received at the Al Khoory Hotel Apartments during my stay in Dubai. The staffs were kind, obliging, welcoming let alone proactive in whatever they did and will go the extra mile to respond to the needs that one require. I cannot laud their efforts enough. Al Khoory is a great place to stay if you're looking to self-service during your stay in Dubai. It's got all you need for a self-contained stay (laundry, cooking etc) and the Wi-fi is good. It's located in a hotel district with access to lots of restaurants and a 10-minute walking distance to the Emirates Mall. It's also a 10-minute drive to the Jumeira district and the Dubai Mall. Taxis frequent the street, so you won't have to wait long to book a taxi. Alternately, you can have the front desk get you one in advance. Staff are courteous and helpful and did help with deliveries I had in my absence. For breakfast, you're probably better off cooking or ordering from a restaurant. Hello Friends, Myself Paramesh from Bangalore - India. I am relocating to the Dubai and have been provided with the Al Khoory Apartments for a stay for two months as part of Company Accommodation. I just thought of sharing my experience of staying in this hotel that might be quite useful for the people who might get a visit to Dubai and help them to make their decisions in choosing the right hotel. Let me start with the location of the hotel to start with. The hotel is a 20minute drive from Airport and I couldn't realize how soon I landed in front of the hotel. I was expecting this would be a long drive and was expecting to be a tiresome experience. Pleasant indeed. The check-in to the hotel was simple and was efficient. The first impression of the building outside appearance vanished the moment I entered into the main gate and found the lobby and reception area was neat. The room provided to me was very neat and I liked the room from the first word go and it has been 20 days since I have moved in and it remains the same. No complaints at all about the room look and feel the space, the kitchen, bedroom everything is perfect in the room. What more can I ask for? The amenities provided is great, free wi-fi and I don't remember seeing my net disconnected for a minute as well. Better not to talk about centralized airconditioner, I feel like switch it off most of the times and doesn't make me feel I am in Dubai. It works so brilliantly. I am yet to explore the Recreational and Pool area cause I am so cozy in the room doesnt want to go explore that part of it. For others I am sure it would be the best with the way other things are working in the hotel. Coming to the location again, this hotel is situated at the right place with access to all the major supermarkets, Mall of Emirates is just 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. Restaurants - You can have all types of cuisines in the road and for those bunch of foodies, this is the place to be. For people who like to travel in metros - just 5 mins away to catch two metro stations. My Office is also 5 mins walk from the hotel. What else you need to ask for for a visitor or person who is going to stay in the hotel for short/long time? The customer service - I liked the way the customer service provided and I would like to mention two guys specially - Muzeem and Buhan - always smiling and kind of approachable for anything and everything. Met their manager Vicky and he was so patient in listening and trying to help out a query. Shortcomings - Nothing that I can think of as a big complaint. All things can't be perfect and I am skipping it with the experiences I have had so far in this hotel. Well last but not least, I am here on corporate stay - this hotel is must for all corporate stays, Coming to resident stays - I am sure the service would be even great and I like this place so much that I want to be a resident of this hotel for long term. Few things will not happen so may be at the end of my booking, I would be sad to vacate this room and would always think about my stay whenever I pass in this road for sure.
