The rooms are cleaned several times a day and on request also as needed, which always ensures a high level of cleanliness. We found the daily provision of several bottles of water in the room particularly pleasant – a small attention that is indispensable in the hot climate on site.
By the pool, Mr. Subash and Mr. Nagis always for a completely relaxed experience. They are extremely friendly, always helpful and strive to find even in full time still free loungers. Also, very great importance is placed on cleanliness. The lifeguards also deserve high praise: They pay close attention to the safety of the guests and especially the children, which has reassured us as parents very much.
The musical background at the pool area is modern and pleasant – we really enjoyed it. The culinary offer convinces with freshness and variety. There is plenty of variety, and even after several days we still felt we were discovering new options. Especially in the morning, it is worth coming to breakfast before 10am in the peak season to avoid waiting times. In the evening, however, the crowd is usually less intense, as not all guests have booked half board.
The hotel’s private beach area offers beautiful views of the sea and is a true highlight. From numerous water sports activities to relaxing moorings, everyone gets their money's worth here. The location of the hotel is also ideal: With both private and conventional taxis in front of the entrance and a central connection, the area can be explored quickly and easily.
Overall, the Rixos Premium JBR is a clear recommendation for families who value comfort, excellent service and a high level of cleanliness. We are looking forward to our next visit and are convinced that this hotel will continue to be our first port of call in Dubai.

Wonderful hotel. The pool area is very child-friendly as it extends over several levels and also includes shallow water including a kids club and access to the beach.
The room was very large, which is great with a small child as they can move around easily.
The breakfast was also very rich.
WiFi connection in the room was also very strong and therefore easy to use for video streaming.
The location is ideal on Jumeirah Beach as you can walk directly along the promenade.
The staff is very accommodating, including an extremely nice life guard Shohan and security supervisor Punna, who, in addition to the good entertainment, ensured order and security.
There are deductions for the self-adjusting air conditioning and a WLAN, where Wifi calling was sometimes not possible.
Otherwise great

Room cleaning is great, the mini bar is refilled every day, the mini bar is paid and its content is very large, 2 coffee capsules are served every day. ☺️ The breakfast buffet is weaker than last year, but you won't go hungry!
The wonderful Christmas tree is decorated in the lobby and you are greeted with a perfect view when you enter. The door man standing at the door is very polite and helpful.

Coffee machine capsule, water fill at the bottom of the coffee machine, not on top, look. This quest with coffee machines in different hotels is awesome))
Blackout curtains, but the gaps on the sides are dark) will not be in the room.
Wide pool beds, wooden, aesthetic, comfortable! Cold pool water is a plus.
They cook very quickly for dinner in the Italian restaurant on the first floor, large portions.
Lying by the pool is noisy - nearby construction, pounding and drilling non-stop, but not every day).
Sea of boiling water, not cooling at all.
Meals are bombarded at breakfast and dinner! There's a table with sprouted stuff. Lots of fruit, cheeses, eggs, bacon. The cappuccino counts.
The staff is perfect! On the counter, in the restaurant, service room Jaffar- well, the perfect guy to solve all the problems in the room! Coffee capsule and cream brought enough, straight 'pot don't cook') very diligent, thank him, give Jaffar a premium.
Ask for beach bags if you forget yours, like us.
On all floors the rooms **11 have a smaller area than the others - this is due to the construction of the house, but the view from the room is better. Rooms with neighbouring hotel or sea view - different price. Bathrobes are soft, slippers are available. It's cool to turn off all the electrics with one button and the curtains back and forth with the button.
I won't compare this hotel to other hotels in Dubai on a point-by-point basis, but this one is very decent! And it's the staff first, thank you all! Room 2411.

I really didn’t like that the adult pool area opens at 10:00 and you had to queue up in advance. It’s very uncomfortable, especially when you’re at sea from 7 in the morning. At the same time, the beach sunbeds work. It’s not clear what the deep meaning of this is. Perhaps because Some guests come for money, but they obviously don’t come early in the morning. You also need to keep in mind that the sun loungers on the first lines by the pool are paid!
There is a big problem with sunbeds in the high season, when the hotel is full, because the hotel is very large, and there are not many places on the beach. Even taking into account all that has been said, the hotel deserves attention, especially if you can book it for a reasonable price.
Of course, the neighboring Ritz is better in all respects, but it also costs significantly more.
Very nice gym overlooking the bay, which also gets a lot of non-hotel visitors.
In the left tower, if you look at the sea, you can sometimes hear a mosque
From the specifics of the location, in the first half of the day almost the entire territory is in the shade, keep this in mind. This is for me
I liked it, of course it all depends on the season.
Towels are strictly by card, so when checking in, ask for 2 cards per person.
The room has a very good coffee machine from ILLY, the same coffee company.
Quite friendly reception staff.

The food was excellent, and the dessert options with gold leaf provided a real sense of luxury. Particularly impressive was the sushi counter, which offered a large and high-quality selection. Our room was always spotlessly clean, almost as if the cleaners were on duty around the clock. Bed linen was changed daily, which is really exceptional and gave the stay even more comfort. There were high-quality toiletries from a luxury brand in the bathroom, including a hair mask and body lotion. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable – overall an excellent retreat.
However, a small criticism is the availability of sunbeds by the pool. Many guests reserve them very early in the morning, often before 6 a.m., which makes it difficult to find a place to relax.
Important to know: The hotel attracts a young, party-loving public. The volume is correspondingly higher, and it has more the atmosphere of a party hotel. So if you are looking for peace and relaxation, this could be a disadvantage. During evening events and shows it is sometimes quite noisy in the room.
Overall, a luxurious and great hotel, ideal for anyone looking for an active and lively stay in Dubai!

The breakfast spread was abundant and the service was quick. For the kids, everything was thought out. They ran behind us to hand out color books and pens.
The pools were slightly heated for the sea January and the kids played for hours without leaving
The hotel''s location is already lively every hour at the heart of jbr.
We will definitely come again
"Busy pool but just be early ! It’s worth it! Do the classes they are excellent Two bed suite amazing "Read full review
