Worst exprencice at the front desk with the lady.we have checked in at around 6 pm in the evening and after coming in room we found the telephone was not working so we went and informed that to the lady at desk.she sended one person with me and after that he informed me that it will be fixed by tomorrow morning only.i again went on desk to request and the lady started shouting on me infront of everyone.she told me to checkout thn I ask for the refund she replied to check out and no refund will be given.my girlfriend was alone in the room and I was in the lobby and when u came back I found one another person doing the maintenance and when I requested him to go out he told me give me 30 minutes he will fix.i got really frustrated with all this and the worst exprencice I ever had in any hotel.no complain but need to train your staff how to deal with customers.thanks…

I stayed in this hotel for about 28 days for a Project based on Jebel Ali. I would say if you are looking for a good sleep after a night shift then this hotel would be an ideal location due to the dark curtains etc. Hotel has got all amenities and got basement parking also. Internet connection is good and it won't let you down. Got washing machine / Microwave / Iron box / Cooking range / and some necessary utensils. Lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby so you won't get disappointed.

the furnishing is very nice , the service also , the room arrangment is confortable , the gym is disappointing, the cleaning it is accettable , even if they could be better, the only big broblem that they have , is the night company inside the false ceeling ....during the night you can hear those small animals running under your head ....

First, there are rats in the vents. I had complained several times but they did nothing. The rooms are just ok, and overpriced. Amenities are lousy. The gym is not nice and rundown and the spa is pretty much nonexistent. What a RIP off this place is. It's mostly construction workers that stay here.

Great deal, not expensive, close to the metro, big mall and the bus station. Clean, good kitchen, big apartments. Special thanks to beautiful, shining lady Catherine at the front desk. You are star of the hotel!

First time to be here and i must say i will definitely come back again. Affordable and accessible to Ibn Batuta Mall & Metro Station. The room was nice though it was not big but everything you need is there. There’s a gym and pool but we’re very unfortunate cos it’s under maintenance. A good place for couple and family at least you can cook and do your own laundry. Supermaket & restaurants are everywhere once you go out from the building. Staff are extremely amazing especially the housekeeping Azziz and Ricky at the front desk who gave us late check out. Thanks 👍

PNR 0041496861 On 31st October 2018, I made a booking through MMT at the Hotel' Ziqoo Hotel Apartments, Dubai'. I called the MMT Customer help on the same day evening and requested them to cancel the booking. The agent promptly said cancellation cannot be done. So I agreed and I said if possible make a personal request to Hotel'Ziqoo Hotel Apartments, Dubai'. and check if they can make an exception and help me with the cancellation and refund the amount. The agent agreed to try this and call me back or send me an email update. on 02 November 2018 - my booking with the hotel was cancelled and I got an email stating Rs.180 will be refunded . I was shocked and called MMT the same day, and I let them know that this cancellation was done without my permission and I have not agreed to losing Rs.95978 on this cancellation(Why would I just cancel and lose money? I dont understand what they were thinking!) Now it has been 18 days that everyday I am raising a complaint, calling the customer care, but to no avail. This is irresponsible behavior and a case of cheating by both MMT and ZIQOO Hotel that I have also taken up in consumer court.…

Great place right in the center of discovery gardens. Decently sized room with great facility for long stay, possibilities of cooking and washing are provided at rooms. Had a decent offering for breakfast menu. Staff are courteous and helpful. In case you need a place to stay for long duration, Ziqoo would be a great choice, surrounding by everything right from clinics to supermarket.

I book at this hotel every two months. I do it because the hotel is close to the industrial part of Dubai and it works well for me (logistic speaking). Very functional, nothing to highlight except the staff, very kind and helpy. The hotel is close to the Ibn Battuta Mall but far from the city center, airport, etc.

The price is affordable, the furniture and decoration is good enough to stay for 15 nights. Specially when you can't eat arabic food and you need to cook for yourself. The view from the balcony is really nice to see, but be careful for the sandstorm. TV has various channels with english and arabic. All amenities are enough for daily use.
