Had a pleasant stay in the property. Very close to metro, malls and supermarkets. Definitely recommend this hotel. To receptionist who assisted me, thank you so much for the kind treatment ana and qamar. They have also a nice spa, restaurant and pub.
My first time in Murjan Coffee shop Byblos Hotel, but for sure not last. Very Friendly staff, delicious food, first time i ate very delicious yummy Biryani here. Service is amazing, thanks to Executive Chef Mahanama, chef Mohammad Zeerak, Mr, Yasir he was very helpful and tried to give me best service and big thanks to all staff: Zubair, Jamila, Reyhan, Melle, guys you made my day special. I am coming to Dubai every month due to business and it's been five times i have been to this hotel. Very friendly staff, Front desk is extremely cordial in terms of a bit early check-in and late check-out. Big public parking outside of hotel, tons of multi cuisines restaurants next door and my favourite thing classy European masseuse are residing in this hotels. Special thanks for my provider Audrey Segal Dubai who suggested me this hotel at first because her most masseuse are living here.
Stayed here for almost 3 month and feels like so fast because of the friendly staff wanna mention them all like in aldente joan jayann amelyn and lyra for serving our dinner and anastasia same in the resto april and andre also staff from the hotel lobby reception fatima and shahina and ana whos always smiling there. Concierge always willing to help dominic and kumar. And who cleans my room amaizingly naveed Management is really easy to talk with and very great to our company. Looking forward to be back on January. Recomending byblos hotel to everyone whos in dubai.
The hotel is very nice. Very good location easy acces to the metro. Hotel staff are very nice and kind specially reception Shahina, Fatima and Camille. Room is big and they give me upgrade free of charge. I will definitely come back to this hotel
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Front desk staff don’t know how to talk to customers. 0 manners, 0 respect, 0 service. Especially front desk staff Sharmaine and the person calls himself a manager Imran doesn’t even know how to treat people, very rude. For asking simple questions Shairmane tells us to f**k off if we don’t wanna check in and the manager says he’s not gonna do anything about it because he didn’t hear that himself. What a poor service. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!
Arrived here last Tuesday 15/9 and upon opening the door the room smelled that someone smoked and this room is non smoking. Happy I am checking out tomorrow 18/9 as I didnt get good sleep due to the noise of the bar downstairs. It is very annoying that people who paid for this are subjected to this noise level. They shouldnt fill rooms on the lower floors!
I've stay for a night in Byblos...The room clean and quiet. We were informed that at the check-in time (3PM) that there is an issue with the hot water,the swiming pool is not operational, (but nowere on the booking.com or trip advisor was mention that) The tv in the room was not working, internet connection 5th floor poor. I call the front desk to send someone for fixing the tv (maintenance came but left without fixing something) Second day morning still there was not hot water and tv or internet fixed! Staff from front desk were friendly as well the ones from the restaurant.
The hotel's location is very good, located in Tecom (Barsha Heights), well served area, with multiple shops around and restaurants. the rooms are fair, clean. The room service is good as well. You will enjoy the night club at the higher floors. pub is located at the ground floor is nice as well.
Room stank of stale smoke (wasn’t offered a non smoking) Reception staff were extremely unhelpful, useless in fact Hotel is home to a nightclub which is full of dubious ladies of the night, the noise bellows throughout the hotel into the early hours Ordered room service and they brought the wrong thing Stay at the “Trypp by Wyndham” next door, same price (often cheaper) and so much better
