We spent 5 days as a family 2 kids plus nanny at the Palace. We had 2 rooms of which one was a suite. Our stay was excellent. No complaint about the quality of the service which was very high. This is rare to say this. The cooled swimming pool is great and the facilities in general very good. We will definitely come back one of the best hotel in Dubai. In our opinion. We are residents and do regular staycations in Dubai.

It was our first visit to Dubai and we were not disappointed! Caesars Palace was a fantastic hotel, the staff were so friendly and attentive and knew my name every day at breakfast! Our room was faultless, the bed and pillows were to die for! We dined in Baccanal most evenings, the other times we dined in Hells Kitchen - food was great in the buffet - fabulous choice and HK was outstanding. The staff around the beach were so helpful and even helped to spread the towels on the lounger, made sure we were never without water and on our first and last day we were given the most beautiful fruit platters … the chaps on the shuttle buggies were so lovely -my husband would get on the buggy and have a chat about the cricket … the beach was beautiful and so very tropical … from the moment we checked in to when we checked out we knew we had been looked after during our stay - nothing was to much for anyone to do for us in the hotel - inside and outside! Dubai is such a beautiful place, so much to see and do and our holiday went too quickly! Can’t wait to go again - and I would definitely choose to stay at Caesars again - thank you to everyone that made our holiday so lovely! …

Keep it up, the beach should open early before 7:00 am, it should be some kind of loyalty cards or membership or at least some discount for the second visit to the hotels, the area is quite new, should be more coffee and restaurants.

We spent our honeymoon there at the Caesars Palace. The friendliness of the entire staff was incredible, every wish was met. The food was excellent, there was a large selection for breakfast. Venus ristorante, Hells Kitchen and Demon Duck were a very special experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and the room service must be particularly praised.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. I have just returned from a weeks stay in this wonderful hotel. The service and the friendliness of all the staff totally make this hotel so great. I really don't know how they make you feel so special when there are thousands of guests, they know your name and remember things about you. Miriam who worked at the pool was so friendly and kind and always made sure we had a good sun bed and were comfortable and the constant supply of cold water, ice lollies and fruit was so welcomed. I must say a big thank you to the lady who is the food and beverage manager, she is a wonderful lady who cares for the guests and goes out of her way to ensure quality and service. She works so hard and is so lovely - thank you for caring for me so well when i was not well, it really meant alot to me and the fruit platter was amazing. The food in all the restaurants is outstanding!! The buffet breakfast is amazing and there is so much choice and you can choose off a menu for a cooked breakfast. The service was also amazing considering it's so busy at breakfast time. The pools are lovely and the beach is stunning, the sea is like a hot bath, the sand was so hot to walk on even with flip flops, it needs a walk way to enable you to walk without burning your feet. The rooms are so comfortable and the free flip flops and beach bag were wonderful touches - everyone uses them. A few little picky things i would of liked to see are: an adults only pool, guests only areas of the hotel - the Saturday was really busy with people paying to use the pool area. A pool/beach restaurant to eat at a table with air con, not the hotels fault but it was soooo hot. Overall a 5 star experience in a beautiful hotel in a fab location, i would highly recommend this hotel and would love to go back one day. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. …

We were already the 2nd time in Caesars Palace and love it there. The highlights are definitely the beautiful and well-kept hotel facility, the insanely great and attentive service and the sensational food, especially in the Bacchanal and Venus Restaurant. Whether the service of housekeeping, at the pool, in the restaurant, at the reception, at the entrance etc., great people work there in every area, doing everything they can to put a smile on your face every day. The effort and helpfulness of the staff make the stay perfect ( for us this year especially Antonio from Venus Bar, Murad from the reception and the great men at the entrance). You really live like a Caesar there and are pampered from morning to night. The complex with the pools and the beach is in my opinion definitely the most beautiful I have ever seen in Dubai.
