This was our first holiday to Dubai and cannot fault staying at the Anantara - everything was just amazing, we didn’t want to stay in a big high rise hotel and was really overwhelmed by all the choices of places to stay but we are SO happy we chose the Thai inspired chilled out Anantara. We stayed in a pool Access room which took our breath away when we walked in - so spacious for our family and the biggest bathroom possible ! All the items you need in the room- hairdryer, charging points, coffee machine, kettle, food choice of tea and coffee plus mini bar drinks and snacks. Room service is 24/7 and we used this a couple of times for lunch for our young son - food was amazing and delivered super quick. Bathroom had all the stuff you need- lovely Elemis products including shampoo/ conditioner/ shower gel in the walk in Shower. There was the biggest bath too but ran out of time to use it! It also had Gorgeous dressing gowns, flip flops and slippers. Lots of hanging space and drawers for Clothes with lovely big mirror and of course a safe for all your personal items. Our outside area was amazing, 2 sun loungers and towels Ready each morning ! We had the sun all day but could also move them into the shade if needed. When it gets too hot you can go back into the lovely cool air con room for water (unlimited bottles included) The pool is just amazing - we stayed in all day most days as we didn’t need to go anywhere else really - we were really wanting a relaxing holiday ! There is a seat/ ledge outside each room so you can sit in the water to keep cool and none of the pool Is really deep so perfect for swimming and playing. There is a small long tail boat that goes round each day offering drinks - I had an amazing fresh coconut with rum 🍹 You can buy inflatables there and there is often some To Borrow! The main pool is awesome too we did spend some time there and the Mai swim up bar is perfect ! It has the most beautiful view for sunset. There is so much choice for food and we tried everywhere - all amazing and great service. Highlights were the awesome Buffett breakfast at Cresendo - the choice is unreal and the quality just superb - such lovely customer Service and smiles from everyone there. My son ate pancakes with fresh strawberries every morning ! ( plus Nutella!) Another highlight is the Beach House- what can I say 🙌🏼 Pure holiday vibes here - right on the beach, amazing views, amazing sunsets, amazing cocktails, amazing food and what topped it off was a Thai Fire 🔥 show on the beach each night - they were soooo good ! We also had 2 evenings at Bushman’s - such a cool Place with awesome steaks 🥩 and the lovely Aussie manager Jack was super friendly. The choice of kids food in each restaurant was so Good and so much choice - there is even a kids section on the buffet in the evening. My husband had a Thai massage at the Spa and he said it was an good as being back in Thailand 🇹🇭 The general culture of the staff was just so genuine and attentive. They cannot do enough for you. We had the same lovely man clean our room each day who was so attentive and made sure the times he came We’re good. We could also use the app to organise table bookings and anything else we needed- it was super easy to use and you can get service at your sun loungers on the beach/ pool ! On our final night we were given a lovely gift, our Son’s name, painted in watercolour - so thoughtful. Amazing resort 😊 and we will definitely be back 🙌🏼…

One of best places in Dubai to stay in, amazing escape of city into Maldives’s like experience 🙏🏻 surrounded by water everywhere you go I love the atmosphere and the staff is extremely friendly, anyone you meet would smile and greet you no matter how hot or humid weather is they are always smiling at you! At reception, for the last two time (Lem) was so helpful and friendly , make things easy and fast and would facilitate checking in process while joking and making you feel welcomed I can’t even finish this review without thanking the guys at the pool drinking area. They are so Amazing, (Valentine, Solomon and Prakash) they are so friendly and i would spend time just chat and talk to them, and they make the best drink mixtures! This hotel is honestly outstanding. We stayed here for our first five nights of our week trip to dubai and we will forever rave about this hotel. Upon arrival staff are waiting outside the reception area for you and they insist to take your luggage for you and encourage you to take your time in the reception - they would look after the luggage for you. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and warm towel while we waited for a staff member to check us in. We decided to upgrade to the premium lagoon access with Mimi’s advice, she told us absolutely everything we needed to know. The room was consistently spotless, and the housekeeping team really went above and beyond. I wrote a note asking for more hangers and upon arrival later on in the day we had more hangers. They always left our room with fresh water bottles and if we needed more we rang reception and it never arrived any later than 5 minutes. The staff were so polite and happy to answer any questions and give us a buggy ride to and from the reception area. If we ever needed a taxi they would arrange it for us. Unfortunately, we decided to spend our last 2 nights in a different hotel more suited for a young couple wanting to party - as we did go for my 21st. This hotel absolutely exceeds the other hotels standards even though they both are 5 star. Anantara is truly a 5 star hotel and the experience was amazing. We cannot wait to return to dubai and stay the entire duration in this hotel. …

My wife and I have just returned from another magical holiday at the Anantara On the Palm. This was the 5th time we had been there and once again met our expectation. On arrival we told the porters that we had been here before and they said 'Welcome home'. After a slight hicup at check in which was resolved very quickly and because we had arrived early we were offered breakfast at the Crescendo, which is the main restaurant. Meals are always excellent and during the week there are themed nights which should satisfy every taste. We had a lagoon access room for our nights stay and we would recommend this . The service you can expect from all staff is impeccable. Commendation should go to the housekeeping team led by Raman for their pleasant and friendly service. One day my wife wasn't too well and Raman presented her with a bouquet of flowers to cheer her up - Brilliant! As well as the Crescendo there are three other restaurants, The Mekong, the Beach House and our favourite the Bushmans Australian Restaurant. All these offer a great selection of meals that even the most discerning of palete would be satisfied with. As said the Bushmans staff were brilliant and unfortunately we didn't get all the staff names but we would like to extend our sincere thanks to Shiva,Chef Supun and Anisha for making our evenings so enjoyable. We had a wonderful time as always and can't say enough about the standard of service throughout the hotel, it is exceptional! Thanks again to management and staff . We hope to see you all next year.…
