Our stay at the S Hotel was absolutely wonderful! Very professional and welcoming staff, great choice of local and international food at the breakfast buffet (open until 10:30 so no need to rush on vacations!), modern and clean rooms. The hotel is not located in downtown Dubai and is about 20mn drive of main places of interest in town - however they do offer complementary shuttle to the mall and the beach. We only wished the swimming pool could stay open in the evening past 6pm to allow guest to relax longer after a long day in town. Overall great experience. We even convinced our friends to change their accommodations to come and stay at the S with us!

Everything good . F&b service so nice. Room was very clean . How ever after room check-in there is selling water leakage in washroom. Nd I request to front office to move the room because how I use room with water leakige but ( arashd) from front office he was very rude to me . And he ask me money for change the room but he not understand that there is water leakage problem. Front office given zero values for guest . I will never come back very bad behavior this guy .

Located at a very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You will enjoy this place if love serene atmosphere. Clean and spacious rooms. Also at a very affordable rate. The hotel is thr place to be. The staff are polite and helpful.

It is a very good hotel and quiet. I loved the staff and they deserve five stars when it comes to service. However the one down for me the little details when it comes to clean. I hope they can made more attention to the small details. The location was fine as we used our own car but i would say it is far from transportation.

I’m sure this will be one of those hotels that will go up in price once it gets discovered. The hotel is very clean, new and in a good location. Although it’s not in the heart of Dubai (near downtown burj khalifa), but it’s near the sister mall which is Dubai Hills Mall. This is a new mall that reminds me so much of Mirdif city center in terms of simplicity and range and variety of shops they have. It is also close to mall of emirates if you need a break from dubai hills mall. The rooms are neat, spacious and new. We took a two connecting rooms, which had another main door separating us from the rest of the other rooms. It’s very safe and secure as well, I would suggest it for families. The only thing that they need to work on is the air conditioning system in the lobby. As we waited for the room to get ready the lobby was unusually quite hot and felt like there wasn’t proper air circulation. So my little family and I had to step out for a breath of fresh air till they made the room ready. As well as the time taken to get the room ready as the guest before left late was something that was a bit frustrating as we had a long drive from our home (4.5 Hours Drive), Although we arrived much after the check in time. Otherwise I think the staff handled every guest well with a smile. Definitely recommended for family and couples.…

This hotel is a gem , it’s in a quieter sections of Dubai , it’s close to the miracle gardens and has a mini mall walking distance with food places and coffee shops like Tim Hortons. It also has a free shuttle that takes you to the emirates mall , beach etc. It’s very useful and cost effective. The hotel was clean , rooms spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

I cannot believe my experience . I visited the hotel and I have never met a receptionist/welcome desk agent as rude as Moustafa . He was so sarcastic in his answers. I even saw him putting the phone away from his ear as another guest was speaking to him on a call . Terrible hospitality by Moustafa.

I visited the Hotel on different occasions and I was happy in general in regards to the hotel experience, so I decided to stay there once again. Made my booking, choose the option of non refundable because it was never my intention not to show up. Unfortunately lost my flight and of course couldn’t made it to the hotel. I didn’t even ask them to refund because I knew that this won’t be possible, simply asked them if I could use it in another time which they refused. I’m trying to understand what’s the point to charge something that you are not providing at all. This made me very upset, not because of the money but the way they treat people. Anyway, they got the money but they lost a client.
