I highly recommend this hotel I rate the customer service as 5 star They are very quick in responding Rooms and all other facilities are clean Melissa at the front office has excellent customer service skills Overall all the staff here are very polite and attentive Breakfast buffet has a decent spread Location is fantastic- 10 min walk to Mall of Emirates , a whole wide range of restaurants in a radius of 100 meters , Laundry shops , Hair saloons , Supermarket- all within 20 to 50 meters away I will definitely come back here

First of all, you surprised me this time.... No trouble at all, Thanks for the Team who take care for me and to my family and friends.... one lady from Reception she truly shows her Hospitality by recognizing the guest because she remembers me, by saying Welcome Back is a big wow for me I'm sure for other guest too her name is Melissa and you have a smiling and energetic staff and you know she working from the heart, you will see her smile under her Mask thank you Lara for every morning breakfast with smile, the breakfast is simply amazing, miss your Waffle... I would definitely recommend everyone to stay in this hotel, it was amazing. Friendly staff, amazing breakfast. Special Thanks to Aruna from Housekeeping she cleaned our room with love and attention. Jane from the bar, she answered our phone call with such beautiful voice full of respect And also the Gentleman from the bar morning shift. The pricing of this hotel is excellent. Possibly the cheapest of the Chain Hotels. Situated next to the Mall of Emirates, the location is perfect. Restaurants, supermarkets , pharmacies and countless shops are easy to get to in the area. The hotel is modern, clean and tidy. Given the budget price of a stay, I was pleasantly surprised this hotel had everything I needed, including a very good gym, and rooftop swimming pool. Breakfast is included and the rooms comfortable. At this hotel I found the staff to be friendly and well trained. Melissa and Peter on the front desk were helpful and professional. At breakfast I found Lara to have a outgoing personality that kick-started my day. Rudraraya? (Sorry not sure of the spelling) was the hardest working waiter I have seen and is very polite. An asset. Overall, if you need to be in Al Barsha or close to this area, or you are looking to save a little on your accomodation budget, I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. An added bonus is you still get Hilton nights and points. What more could you ask for !…

I have spend last 8 months in HBH al barsha, it was a great experience and I urge everyone to do it. The staffs are fully professional and friendly. Starting from the GM Johanna and Ms. Yasemin and Mr. Amr. Also the reception staffs Melissa,Quennie,Montana,Nelson,Peter. Security Mohamed,Ibrahim,Kuzmuz,Eugenie. And F&B staffs Lara,Shameel,Abd,Rudraya,Pamela,Yudi,Jane,Vihanga,Asitha. Hsk staffs Terence, Alok,Ashraf,Jackie, Selfani, Aruna. I recommend everyone to stay. Hotel is always clean.

We spent a couple days in Dubai and this was the perfect place for us to stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was just what we needed. The hotel’s location was perfect - short walk to metro station which is critical if you want to travel that way. Walking in Dubai is not usually the way to go. There are small supermarkets and restaurants nearby as well as a pharmacy.

Had a two day vacation from work and decided to stay here with my bestfriend. The location of the hotel is great just few minutes walk from the Metro. It is in the middle of a T-road but it is not noisy at all. It is close to suoermarkets, Mall of Emirates and amazing restaurants! My bestfriend and I really enjoyed the stay so much because it gave a homey and relax vibes. They also have friendly staff. Peter from the reception was very kind and accommodating made sure to brief us on important details about the stay. Also big thanks to Ms. Pamela in The Bar that night. She was alone working that night but she made sure to let us feel welcomed. She is very friendly and gave good service. The facilities and rooms are neat and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. An amazing establishment / great room size , very friendly staff . 5 mins walk from Mall of Emirates and a 2 mins walk from Mashreq Metro station. The in-house lunch/dinner/bar also offer high quality cuisine - in-house pool and gym is an added bonus - Highly recommended.

We stayed in this hotel when we were in Dubai for the expo. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from Mashreq metro station which goes to the expo site in one direction and Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Frame in the other direction. The staff were very helpful, the hotel was really clean. Our room had a view of the Burj al Arab. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold foods, I particularly enjoyed the waffles. The Mall of the Emirates is about 10 minutes walk away. My only complaint would be, when we wanted to have a glass of wine in the bar, we couldn’t go in because smoking was allowed. Having said that, the staff arranged for our glasses of wine to be brought out to us and we took it back to our room.

Location was right next to mall andetro. Lot of places to eat closeby. nice room. Extremely good service. Special shout out to the reception officer Peter who could not stop asking me If service is Ok. His smileade.my.trip worth it. Gave me late checkout of 4 hours. I will visit this place again
