Booked this place very last minute as we were originally supposed to be going to Abu Dhabi but due to restriction changes headed to Dubai instead. We arrived at around 3:30am and the staff were helpful loading our luggage out of the taxi and check in was quick. We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and was super spacious for the three of us and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Was super handy having a kitchen and washing facilities. The property itself is about a 10 minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates, 6 minutes walk to the Metro station and just across the road is a 24/7 shop which is handy when you arrive at all hours of the day + it is cheaper than Waitrose or Carrefour so is good to stock up on water and snacks from here. The staff were really helpful with getting our paperwork printed for free as we needed a negative PCR test certificate for our onwards flight and they were prompt to organise this for us. They did mention that we could not have any guests up with us but this wasn't an issue for any of us.…
Dreadful, only way to sum it up. Room old and dated. Weird rules about having no guests even though they offer monthly rates. Pool was falsely advertised as being open but then was suddenly closed. Has cracked tiles, in very bad shape. Children allowed to swim without lifeguard on duty. Cleaners come at all hours of the day and took drinks. Staff on reception not allowed to do anything, including taking payment! Manager never there in the day. Find anywhere else, it will be better.
Experience was horrible. Refused to provide the room even after having pre-reservation. No prior notification that it family hotel. Finally, they cancelled the booking with the compromise with the free cancellation and informed that it will refund within 10 to 15 working days of the bank. I wait for the 20 days and called the hotel and bank both. But both calming spoke to each other and not assisting on the said situation. As per hotel, they cancelled the booking and bank stated that money still on hotel. Booking made for the 11Dec 2019. I sent official email hotel as well as bank, but still after 25 days, i didnt received any response. I would recommend you not to book such hotel who doesnt care about the customer. Really bad ending of the year.
I stayed at this hotel earlier in the year. When I arrived, I was immediately told I could not have a man in my room. I had no intention of having a man in my room and had booked a room with 2 single beds as a female friend was planning to join me. I was followed around and felt very uncomfortable during my stay. I can only assume the management thought I was planning to use the room for illicit purposes as I arrived late at night with a small amount of luggage. I had emailed the hotel and told them I was arriving on a late flight from Muscat, but they still were very suspicious of my intentions.
Pros: Spacious one-bedroom suite. I got an upgrade, thank you for making it up to me. The manager was nice. Cons: Very rude bell boy. The kitchen utensils need to be washed properly. They are filthily stored in the kitchen cabinets.
Well maintained property, average clean premises with ample parking facilities, it can be a good place for you to be away from home. Rooms are pretty big in size with a fully functional kitchen. Very close to the Mall of the Emirates and with a busy neighbourhood, it is a good place for family vacation. There are good restaurants nearby...
I just checked in for two nights july 29th 2019 and when we entered the Room we find out that there's no AC at all, When I get down to the reception to check on the issue, I was told by the reception guy that this an engineering issue and you have to wait for some time, The guy upgraded me to one bedroom which I appreciate initially however when I asked him to put me in the original room which I have booked due to the AC issue he was not helpful and totally rude saying that " he is not an engineering and I have to wait until the Apartment get cool, we drived over two hours in this climate to get here for some rest before starting our day, However since we checked in we still waiting for them to fix the AC, Never again
Stayed in this apartment for 5 nights, will lay out pros and cons on this review. Pros -huge apartment -5minutes walk to shopping mall (Mall of Emirates) -cooking and washing fascilities in the room -lots of restaurants, convenience shops within the area Cons - so many restrictions( female friends cannot visit the apartment) -process driven staff at front desk, mostly indian and dont know how to smile -horrible parking area. 90% your car will get scratched as both entry and exit is too narrow, spaces between vehicles too are too close -housekeeping only available on certain times -old tainted towels, should buy new once. Bathroom amenties are so basic -small shower area.
I would like to share my experience with this hotel. Once I approached reception and asked where I can park my car, they refused to give me parking, as mentioned only after check in.I asked for higher floor, as I already called to the hotel and they confirmed to me 3rt floor, as I have long stay 11 nights, however manager on duty said, if you don’t like cancel your booking and go,it was about 10pm, and all hotels around already fully book. But it’s ok, I accept 1st floor and unprofessional attitude from the management, once I reach room I got shock, the room is dirty, everywhere dusty, the blanket with mark after cigarets, the pillows all with yellow marks, I got totally disappointed and decided leave this hotel at midnight, as I can’t stay there anymore. I tried book some many hotel, but all of them fully book. Finally at midnight I found hotel, where was availability for 2 nights only. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone and would like share this feedback in social media. As the hotel kick me out at night. …
I stayed there for one month. The staff is really helpful special thanks to Aziz in room service and jabber at the reception. The studio was always cleaned and the location is close to Sharaf DG Metro station. It is close to the Mall of the Emirates. All shops and supermarkets are cross the street. It is very safe and i will book there again in my next visit to Dubai.
