This is a very well kept, nice design and modern hotel apartment! Great location with 5 mins drive to Mall of Emirates and 8 mins drive to the Marina. Housekeeping is extremely excellent. The team lead by supervisor June together with Mohammad and Sherif have done an excellent job. They are very detailed in cleaning and make my stay extremely comfortable. Every now and then, they will check if i need anything. Wonderful team and thank you!

Beautiful location . Close to the metro; Water park 11 km. Shuttle Marina district, Outlet.Hearty, delicious breakfasts. Interesting room design. Amazing view from the window.In the room: hairdryer, tea set, iron and ironing board, bathrobes and slippers.I recommend it!

Overall the hotel was amazing. The only thing thats stops me giving 5* for the room are the long mirrors, sleep was great also pillows could be a little more firm. Other than that, i would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to dubai!!

Third time visiting Dubai. It was a birthday getaway for me and my mum. And my daughter's first holiday. Overall stay was extremely pleasant. Although we did experience a few hiccups along the way. However, the staff tend to go out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Especially the kitchen staff accommodating my daughter's interest in only eating watermelon every day. I want to recognise a few staff and apologies to the ones that I can't remember all their names. Livingstone- concierge Ayo- waitress Mohammed- housekeeping Matthew - Chef Badsha- Chef Kiren- waiter Abin- Restaurant manager Ms. Purbha- Restaurant manager Majority of the staff are really helpful, thank you for a pleasant stay. **Please note some taxi drivers take advantage of the fact we were not familiar with the area and would drive around the block to put more money on their meter. The metro station is literally around the corner and should only cost 12. Don’t allow them to scam you!!…

The apartment with small kitchen was great for my stay. It was cleaned and restocked daily, had great views towards the palm. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice, and gym functional.

Price and value is definitely worth for this hotel. The Service is very friendly. The room with the balkon was big and comfortable, . The Location is central with many restaurants in the near but the food in the Hotel is delicous too!

Great place for solo stay - clean & quiet rooms, great view, fantastic meals. Service is friendly and customer-centric (special thanks to Mr Zafran for flexibility with shuttles etc.). A small suggestion - to think of a map/guide to the nearest currency exhange spot. It's needed at check-in to pay tourist tax, and it might be difficult for some guests to navigate in the area immediately on arrival - especially for those travelling solo and/or not speaking any of the local languages.
