Hi, I had a wonderful and enjoyable stay at the beautiful Voco Hotel for five days. The room with a beautiful view of Sheikh Zayed highway, famous buildings and towers and the future museum left beautiful memories in my mind. The breakfast of the hotel was excellent and very tasty, the cleaning of the room was excellent. The appropriate and unique behavior of the staff, especially Mrs. Bea Ferre, during my stay was one of the positive points of this leisure trip. I will go back to Voco Hotel again and I will definitely ask for help from Mrs. Bea.

No issue with me at all. The hotel and the room are good. surrounded by banks, supermarket, restaurants and walking distance to metro. The staff are very welcoming and professional especially Danushka at the cafe in front of lift area. Thanks to him for accommodating our last minute request to support our events. I will surely come back.

So far, I’m a little disappointed with the Voco Dubai and pretty surprised with some of the positive reviews. Most of the staff are very friendly and accommodating but the hotel itself is very tired and tatty. The first room we were given was tired looking and not very clean, the second was a little better but cleaning still leaved something to be desired, there was a lot of dusty surfaces in the room and a big clump of hair stuck in the shower drain which hadn’t been removed or cleaned. The pool area is busy and not really befitting of a 5* hotel in Dubai, stained towels and too small, in-fact I’m planning on paying to use the Conrad hotel’s pool tomorrow. The breakfast however is lovely, staff really attentive, a great selection of food on offer, a little busy but there’s never a long wait for a table, get there early and it’s nice and quiet. I thought I’d gotten a real bargain when booking this hotel hoping it would be the same standard of other IHG hotels I’ve stayed in around the world but I guess it’s true what they say… you get what you pay for! Maybe I’ve just been spoilt staying in other 5* hotels in Dubai. I’m sorry to say that I won’t be back and if my booking was refundable I would have already checked out and booked elsewhere…

Excellent in every area....From their attentive staff, who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is impeccable and memorable. I was very impressed as I am a Mistry Shopper (UK) I can honestly say this establishment/ business is Excellent,Consistent ,and I have already booked to return March 2023. They extended their hospitality to our family who came and visited us ( my sister and myself) were also extremely impressed by kindness and they enjoyed the facilities and dinner was 10/10...they exceeded all expectations, my family were staying at the Millennium Palac (it is a nice establishment) but stated thar the service they received at Voco Dubai was far better than where thery were residing. My cousin is going to be booking with Voco in March also,she lives in Dubai and states she is really impressed by what Voc Dubai offers their guests/customers, Spa, Pool and Dinner was just perfect.no faults whatever. 11/10 exceeded expectations Again. From the reception house keeping, catering, rooms and facilities are GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY..11/10 For what we paid the service was just perfect ,I would of expectedn this type of service and treatment at the Four Seasons/ Savoy in UK 🇬🇧. Just a high standard afforded. Which is impressive this was a great experience for me.,and one of the best reviews I can honestly give. Overall: This Establishment doesn't cut corners and they are genuinely and sincerely happy in pleasing their guest. Great VALUE for Money: 11/10...look I couldn't fault them but I am sure if there was an issue, these guys will immediately put things right. Beautiful views, Museum of the Future is a awesome ,and their in a primelocation whichallowsyou to get to beaches, shoppingmall, desert, within 25/ 40 mins via taxi, Local train near by ( we did not use this service, so not able to comment). We had the pleasure of having access to the club lounge where we were treated like kings by the staff on duty. Julia , Mannar , Anu , Akhil and checf Dilan took good care of us . We enjoyed breakfast , high tea and evening canape’s in the lounge . It was an excellent stay and because of the professional staff we wil surely be back here in the near future
