It's one of the best hotel and services I ever had. My experience at this resort was truly exceptional. Every aspect of my stay was nothing short of amazing. During my two-day visit, I relished the serene atmosphere and found the resort to be an ideal destination for relaxation and Unwind They had four Different Restaurants Sheesh, Suan Bua, Sands beach Club and Unomas. Food was scrumptious and fresh with Excellent Customer Service Lots of Activities to do including water park, arcade, Acrobatic Shoe, Fire Show, Movie under the stars... and alot more we had fun every minute A very clean and modern hotel with professional services and experienced staff from our arrival time until our checkout. We stayed in Centara for a total of 3 days which for me is a bit short but all worth it. We actually requested for an early check in which they promptly responded to unbelievably, I was happy to hear that they do have a day lounge for those guest that wants to check in early and check out late which for me is hands down one of the things you would love about this hotel. Thanks to FiFa the lovely receptionist who greeted us with such a warm smile and gave us a very swift check in. KAP KHUN KRAP. The room was spotless and has a very nice view of the beach. It was organize and thermoregulated. I didn't notice any nasty smell or stains which is a plus point. Simple and comfortable. We met a lot of lovely staff in the pool area namely Upendra and Sajit these guys made us very comfortable and encouraging us to try to jump on the dive pool. Ohh they're very nice we couldn't have tried it without them assuring us that they will watch over us. Kudos to these 2 lifeguards.. thanks also to Kingsley the lifeguard on the lazy river for always being cheerful to guest. Ohh and to John the lifeguard on the beach for taking our lovely photos and making sure that everyone is safe on the sea.. kudos to this lovely lifeguards enduring the summer heat but managing to give us the loveliest time on the beach and in the pools. The Sheesh restaurant is our go to for our food. We personally would like to extend our gratitude to Regine and Ticha for being gracious and welcoming. We had a lovely time they are so attentive to everyone. Making sure everyone is comfortable and having a good time.. to you girls our heartfelt thanks.. you made our dining experience a memorable one. WE WILL COMEBACK SOON. the food was sublime and delectable. Vast selection for the breakfast buffet. The dinner buffet was ok too tho i would say it needs a little bit of options. But all in all.. mama mia was it scrumptious!! At the end of the trip we felt we wanted to stay longer unfortunately our time is limited and we need to go back to work. Thanks to Mr. Patrick for keeping us company while we are waiting in the lobby. Such an amazing man. :) dont forget your idea of the ecobag!! Everything was great. We were there with 2 small kids and they really enyojed. The beach, pools, breakfast, housekeeping everything great. We have booked family Mirage Suite and there was a lot of things included in the price.

Centara Mirage was amazing in terms of a family getaway. There are many activities onsite for kids. There are good food options and variety to choose from. Cleanliness and Customer Service was amazing. The staff knew their job well and were always ready to help with anything asked for. The rooms were cozy. Only suggestion is to have more adult friendly activities especially in the water park section. Also, drinking water should be included in all meals regardless of the package chosen. that is the most basic. On the whole it was a lovely stay and I would certainly recommend it

Nice family hotel with a lot od activities for kids and adults, very pleasant staff. We adore pools and other Entertainment for kids. IT is far away from the CITY center (20 min) but hotel has its own beautiful beach. The hotel is perfect for family vacation.

My husband, I and my 3 year old son spent a week at Centara Hotel & Resort, The resort is beautiful, but what made the resort special and our stay incredible were the staff, The staff is incredible, a big thank you to the boys life guard, John and all the others, thank you for your attention to my son, The boys at the Sands beach restaurant are excellent, thank you for your care and attention to my son, also a big thank you to the staff at Uno Mas restaurant, Kristina, Ivan and everyone else, you are wonderful, thank you for making our dinner with a 3 year old child easier, and also to Sheesh's staff, thank you for the incredible way in which you dealt with my son and all the attention and affection with which you treated him, (sorry guys, I don't remmemeber everybody's name) It was our first time in Dubai and we chose this hotel because of the reviews. This is definitely a hotel for the family, everything designed for the well-being of the children, many employees and everyone very attentive at all times, to the housekeepers, thank you very much for the surprises left for my son every day, you do an excellent job , the hotel is very clean and fragrant, all the bathrooms are well maintained and the attention to detail is a 10 out of 10.
