"I had an exceptional experience during my stay at this hotel. The hotel rooms were superbly maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. We spend 1 week in this hotel, our room was 309 but there were some noises from the windows which was very annoying so Reem found a solution and she changed our room. After that, everything was perfect. The quality of the breakfast and meals are very perfect, Reuben and Dinkar are very helpful and nice. I recommend this hotel

The room was really big and comfortable And the staff were cooperative but the thing that I most liked about this hotel is that there is young boy called Nill who is responsible for cleaning the rooms , I really found him very helpful and did his job enthusiastically. He is really a nice boy. I wish him success in his career.

Our house keeping's name was Linn. He was amazing and did a great work cleaning our room. It was splendid. Such a great experience. I had a wonderful vacation and the staff were truly friendly. The breakfast was the best ever!

Hello. I recommend this hotel. Everything is of a high standard. Big room. The bed is as advertised. Very fast 24/7 room service. During lunch and dinner, the restaurant staff is kind, quickly bringing additional utensils and food. Our waiter made us special coffee according to our taste. We went to dinner in Russian style. The borscht and dumplings were just like in Russia.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms are very spacious with very comfortable beds, international electric sockets, good wifi, and excellent shower and bath. The hotel design and feeling is very modern. Free self parking is very convenient and the location is great. We had a problem when we arrived to check in to the hotel. Our reservation through Agoda was cancelled by the hotel. We didn't know about it and were surprised at the hotel. We negotiated the rate and stay with the reception manager. She ended up helping us as much as she could, but we still paid more than what we originally booked via Agoda. This was the only issue with our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the excellent breakfast and dinner, the nice pool, gym and other facilities.

one of the best stay in my business trip in Dubai. comfort and cleanliness, with the service of a five stars: the best thing is just the staff, everyone lovely and great respect to Linn, a kind guy that has paid attention to my needs and to room cleaning. but is a fact that in Dubai most of the workers take care to the guests more than in other Countries. also five stars to the breakfast, rich of high quality alternatives.

Staff are very friendly And helpful. Food is great. Prices are reasonable. Hotel has an underground parking which is advantageous. Restaurant on top floor facing the pool serves very good food. The pool area has a nice view.
