Nurse came to the room to do PCR test...Hotel is spotless...the breakfast buffet was amazing...so much choice and everything so nice and fresh. I spent 7 amazing nights here. I had an early flight so I arrived early but they allowed me to check in early and upgraded my room from standard to deluxe which was so awesome. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful, Islam was amazing, he went way and beyond for me and I'm thankful. I requested for a quiet room, it was big and spacious, super clean( cleaned every single day) Hotel has a shuttle to and from JBR Beach 3 times a day. There is a supermarket just on the corner of the hotel. The metro is like a 7min walk so great location. I would definitely stay here again.

We experienced so bad behavior from the receptionist Ms. Rahada. She treats Such a rude and inappropriate way. This is second time we experience like this. And the all other services are also not good. Dear friends choose any other good hotel, at least you can sleep well.

I've read many complains from reviews about minuses of this hotel and I have to say - those who wrote so many complains for example "pillows are hard and old fashiondes furniture" and so on, those people have to look some luxury hotel around beach area then. This is Dubai and youre not at right place here, if you don't have money to afford room for all your needs. This hotel suits deffenatly for average middle class people, who don't have enogh money stay in Rixos 😀 Everything was really comfortable and cousy! Special thanks to hotel crew, who always have a smile on their faces and helping out, if you need something. Great hotel, the staff are so helpful and friendly, especially the bell boy Edward. He helped us greatly during our stay. Room service was also good too. The only note I have is the room decor is dated so that could be updated. Otherwise they made our stay very comfortable

We definitely chose this hotel as it looked as a great deal for the money/location/services included. We started being disappointed from the first moment we stepped into the room. A heavy smell from the uncleaned AC in the room hit us and we immediately asked to have the room changed. They gave us another room where we discovered the AC was not working at all. They had to send an engineer to work on it only to discover that the smell was back again as soon as we turned it on. So, kindly note that this hotel DOESN’T sanitise their air conditioning. Room windows don’t open for fresh air, so essentially you get to choose between bad air from the AC or no air at all. Oh, bathroom doesn’t have ventilation at all - more fun! If you decide to turn on the AC, the temperature is really random. We tried setting this on 23-24 degrees and it was freezing. Same as setting it on 26, 27 or even 18 degrees. It would randomly switch to colder/milder temperature. Again, disappointing. We had to call the reception daily for a period of 14 days (!!) while here for various reasons: room did not have towels for 2 people, we didn’t receive water, toiletries, coffee/tea etc. Every day, a new reason. Pool was not functional for 2 days so we ended up not trying the third time. Max people allowed is 12 anyway. Mind you, the hotel has 15 floors with a minimum of 10 rooms/floor. You do the math. Elevators are a joke during meal times. You need to wait a lot ( 10-15 minutes even) to get on one that is not full by the time ot gets to your floor. Was hostes at the 11th floor, so stairs were not an option as I also had a sprained ankle. Breakfast is good, although the restaurant capacity is not adequate for the number of guests. It happened to go there, they didn’t have tables, so they sent us at the 1st floor, where it was full as well. Not sure about the capacity, but be ready to wait 10 minutes at least in order to get a table if you come between 8-8:30 and 9-9:30. Guests can be uneducated and don’t wear masks while grabbing food or don’t use the ustentils available to put the food on their plates. Using their hands directly and compromising the food. The managers look the other way. If you complain, they apologise. That’s all they always do, apologise. Room furniture is outdated, pillows are hard, shower was not working properly. Staff is really polite, though. They offer masks/gloves for guests that don’t have their own. Room service is poor. They tell you it takes 25 min and after 1 hour you have to call and see where is your food. Choose this hotel if you just plan to sleep. Otherwise, not worth it!…

I was accommodated in a standard room with everything I needed. There was even a scale in the room. There is an easy metro station near the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent, many options to choose from. The staff at the reception is excellent, always ready to help in any situation. The maid service was also up to standard. As a disadvantage, I can say that the gym is small compared to the scale of the hotel itself and that a seven-day stay in Dubai is short. The hotel as a base, staff, location, price is worth it. I will visit you again.

Pros: Clean rooms, good service, centrally located to visit JBR, JLT, Dubai Marina, The Palm, Expo. Shuttle services to The Beach and Outlet Mall, Decent Breakfast, Laptop with printer for any documentation or prints which may be needed. Cons: Small dining area. Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. On check in requested for a higher floor and they provided it without any fuss. The rooms are a little small but didn't matter as we used the rooms only to sleep. The staff at the hotel is courteous and helpful always greeting you. They also provided extra water at no additional cost. The breakfast was decent and filling. The best part of the hotel is its near a metro and by taxi close to JBR, JLT, Dubai Marina, The Palm and surrounding areas.
