It’s an excellent out of town location not too far away from the city just good for a staycation for a day or two to unwind, relax, feel fresh and enjoy the surroundings. The rooms are very spacious with lovely balconies & all amenities were there for a luxurious stay. Restaurants were really good for the main dining area as well as for the well spread breakfast. The speciality seafood dining outside the hotel was super… overall was really impressed with the entire stay, especially from the start when one arrives at the reception. The outdoor music is excellent with the rhythmic beats which makes it very lively from the late afternoon till evening. The beach facilities are quite adequate for those who want to venture into the sea or sunbath. With quite a few pools to laze around one can always feel away from the crowd. The ferry service to/from Jumeirah Canal jetty to the resort is professionally arranged and the approx 40 mins ride is well worth it. The Best feature of the hotel, was the RAIN STREET… Something truly an innovation & very enjoyable every 30 mins it pours down the alleyway… having breakfast outdoors when it rains is very rare in Dubai, so better make the best of the situation.

The hotel is on the island project "The World" in international waters off the coast of Dubai. Passport control at the pier! It is so far the only hotel on the islands in "The Heart of Europe" and is still under construction (we didn't hear any construction noise). Part of the hotel is already in use and fully functional. Since there are only ferries to the mainland every 2 hours, between 9 a.m. and 10 p.m., you should plan for that. No idea what happens if you miss the last ferry?!?! Travel time by speedboat 20 minutes, yacht 45 minutes. The pier where the ferry leaves is in the middle of nowhere and you should give the taxi driver "Dubai Canal" as a tip for the destination ;) It's best to use the Careem app to get a cheap taxi. The staff at the hotel are very courteous, friendly and helpful. There are 2 restaurants, lots of pools and a few small shops (too few). The rooms are of good Dubai standard. The breakfast is good, plentiful and the coffee is tasty. We were there for 4 days between January and February and were lucky enough to experience one of the 5 rainy days of the year. Otherwise they let it rain once an hour in an alley by the hotel, funny when you consider that most of the guests flee from the weather at home :) The music that plays in the pool area 24/7 is good but too loud and you should take that into account when choosing your room (better seaside). The hotel is mostly marketed as a short-term party location and offers all-inclusive party weekends etc. at flat rates. Drinks are, like everywhere in Dubai, extremely expensive (small beer €10), so it's better to bring your own (but don't get caught). The best thing you can do in the evening to take some of the pressure off of the last ferry is to eat Arabic food 5 minutes' walk away in the "Kabab Erbil Iraqi Restaurant" (very good and moderate prices) and then take a leisurely walk towards Canal Peer at 9:30 p.m. Since we were in Dubai for business, the hotel's location was rather inconvenient. Purchased day pass which included unlimited drinks and a lunch-box bento box food. I received my food and casually snacked on the carrots, cucumber and breadsticks. I had then went to the pool and kindly asked the waiter to close it for me to enjoy later on. I then moved over to the beach front side and asked the waiter to please bring it to me. Whilst in the ocean, I did not see that the box that was brought to me was not closed properly, thus, resulting in the entire box and food becoming unusable because there had been many ants that got into the food.
Which then my entire meal had been wasted. The waiter advised me that he would bring another and I humbly requested he bring it to me later on once I’m back at the pool side for me to enjoy it properly without ants. Unfortunately, until the time I had departed from the island, no waiter/sever bothered to check up or bring me the food box rightfully owed to me - meaning, the only thing I ate from the time I got to the island until arriving back to Dubai city is carrots and cucumber.
I paid for this in my package and I think that the waiters should’ve atleast prioritised this and not shrug it off and leave it as is.
It has been 4 weeks and no one has taken my complaint seriously and I was contacted by the director of Group Director of F&B at The Heart of Europe, and I responded but he also takes days to respond back to my query.

Everything is very cool and at the highest level from catering to maintenance staff to them special thanks👍 In the room these padded air bags when you lay down on them like you're flying into the clouds are super, cleaning the rooms is always all clean staff smile asks if we need any more help if anything needs immediate reaction and help with any issue +10 Lots of places to take a lot of cool photos. Pool cool swimming during the day you feel no problem with heat) I advise young people, people who want to get away from work to forget about the bustle of the city and just get away cool is the place you'll long remember and want to come back.

I was so excited to come here as a surprise for my husband’s birthday and then got very disappointed from the start.. first of all don’t expect to be taken on a ‘yacht’ as they mention everywhere on their instagram, instead we were taken on a dull rta ferry to the island (which totally ruined my build up for a surprise yacht ride for my husband) and when we arrived I complained about that and management kept saying we never mentioned yacht (although its all over their instagram [check their highlights and picture attached] and he kept telling me i cannot base my expectations and information off of instagram.......) and it depends on the number of people blablabla….. we asked for an early check-in as we arrived at 12:45pm and check-in is at 3, they kept telling us sure in 30min in 30min in the end we got the room at 2:30pm. The sunbeds by the beach are always busy, you have to fight for a sunbed, and the pool area is almost all shaded and the music is extremely loud from 12pm until 10pm so don’t expect a relaxing afternoon nap even in your rooms. I understand that this is a ‘party hotel’ but we didn’t feel party vibes and people were in their full clothes inside the pool.. dinner time you have to be early or late if you want to eat at la Rive as they have limited spots and we were 8th at the waiting list at 8pm so we had to wait an hour, and even their food service is verryyy slow.. (minimum 30min wait for every order and we had 2 starters and 2 mains) The rooms are nice and modern we had the suite but not cleaned properly, I moved the lounge outside there were pieces of pizza and dirt everywhere; bathtub leaked water as I filled it and there were pubic hair everywhere as well, bathroom bathtub etc :) Breakfast is very basic, i woke up at 7:30am and i went on the balcony only to see people at the beach running to reserve their beach lounges and by the time i got down to join 5mins later all beach lounges were taken. Nothing felt relaxing about our weekend, sadly we would not recommend.

Today me and my friend spent a splendid day at Voco Monaco in The Heart of Europe, and it was an unforgettable experience! Breathtaking beaches with clear waters, perfect for relaxation and fun. We have been dancing all day on the beach under the delightful mix of tracks and enhanced ambiance. The location is everything, away from the bust of the city with tropical vibes that created a luxurious, tranquil atmosphere. We enjoyed a delicious pizza and tasty poke bowl. Exceptional and friendly service, going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The hotel and pool also looks amazing making a great holiday destination special for people who wants to relax and vibe. We also been lucky to witness the striking sunset. A highlight! The yacht transfer offered stunning views of Dubai's skyline and the World islands, making for a unique arrival. Overall, Voco Monaco and The Heart of Europe provided an amazing getaway with wonderful food, service, and relaxation. Highly recommend!

Overall the service was great from the staff, the breakfast was amazing great and wide selection, fresh and tasty , the saxophone 🎷 lady was amazing, so talented and came to our table , did come down song , and wao wao we loved it.
The singer for dinner she is amazing as well , and to mention dinner experience, the food was way below standard, am a hotelier and I know what a good stea is , steak was tasteless, the lamb chops one of them had a smell of spoilage, with strong smell, 2 of them good but why would a chef cool a spoiled piece of meat ??
For the reception when booking kindly inform that when you say it's half board meaning dinner is included, should say in advance that we may pay extra, rather than getting surprised during dinner , that we have to pay extra, give clear information.

I work as a travel agent and chose this wonderful hotel for my holidays, thanks to: - its location (interesting location on the island, but at the same time it is easy to reach Dubai by boat); – 18+ concept, which implies live music at breakfast, daytime DJ sets, foam parties, 2 bars on the ground floor in which to relax in the evening; positive feedback from my tourists on the hotel. I liked the fact that the staff upgraded the room category for free at check-in, brought a compliment from the hotel. The food was amazing at the seafood restaurant and at lunch, where the meals were on the menu. Breakfasts also had a wide selection on the buffet, from the omelet you made with you to fresh croissants, yogurt and fruit. Throughout the holidays, it felt like everyone was very welcome here. All the staff are insanely friendly, friendly, always coming to our aid for any questions. I want to thank the staff very much: Shokhsuvor, who helped us with any questions on holiday, Tokhtar, who always made sure we were okay and the waiter Jovakhir, who was very kind. The shuttle boat is part of the booking, you don’t need to pay extra. It’s takes a good 45 mins to reach from the pier in Jumeirah to the resort. But you will need to book as per the operational timings which you will be notified once booking is completed. You can only reserve the yacht with the hotel booking number which needs to be shown at boarding time. If you hv luggage, there are porters to assist. Enjoy your stay…
