Definitely not a 5 star hotel.. The rooms were old and not cleaned well, we came back in the afternoon wanting to prepare ourselves for dinner and the room was still not cleaned. The breakfast room was very small and super crowded, the food was uneatable because everything tasted of arabic spices, even the croissants. The staff at the reception was very unpleasant and unhelpful. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after 2 and went to a much better hotel. Not worth the money and will definitely not recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel on our honeymoon. The rooms are big, clean and there is no noise. We really appreciate the friendliness of all the staff, but we have to highlight the friendliness and kindness of Mr. Riyaz has always been very helpful to us.

A very pleasant hotel. Perfect very helpful staff, good clean spacious rooms. The breakfast was diverse enough, also by the way they have delicious and not expensive business lunches. The view is really nice, my windows on the 49th floor were looking at the seaside. Location right at the entrance to the metro station allows to get fast both to the airport and to Dubai mall and downtown. Highly recommended.

We saw it as a 5 star hotel but it was not good as it was. The room was good, but the TV was poor. We called the receptionist about our concern, in short, althrough the stay, we couldnt use the TV at all. Kinda dissapointed cause I've always wanted to watch some tv as it was having a poor connection on that stay. It will be our first and last stay on the hotel.

This was our first trip to dubai and the trip was amazing. We stayed at tower plaza hotel and it didn’t disappoint. We had the room with the sky view and it was absolutely amazing. The breakfast was had a lot of variety and held high standards. The cleaning of the room was done by to polite cleaners, Drasan and Varun, their cleaning was excellent, no complaints! Will definitely return one day in the future.
