Thank you for your choosing Hilton Dubai The Walk for your honeymoon and for taking the time to post a constructive review on Trip Advisor. Glad that we were able to meet fully your expectations of a Hilton experience on this occasion.
Stayed here recently on business and it's a nice hotel. It's on the other side of the road by the beach but a really short walk away.
I had a really nice, big room. Bed was comfortable as were the pillows and covers. Air con...More
This is our first visit to the Hilton on the walk but won't be our last! Centrally placed it is in the hub of activity. The hotel it's self cannot do enough for you, staff are pleasant and very accommodating in every aspect, from reception...More
2 bedroom size was great. Got a sea view room, great views. Staff was great, rooms were clean but a tad outdated. Only grips would be that the kitchen needs a real coffee maker. And that the elevators need to be sorted out. This issue...More

It’s hard to believe that only a decade ago there was no marina. Opened in 2003, the man-made marina runs along a 3km stretch of shoreline. A heady mix of luxurious hotels, apartment buildings, and cafes, the marina hosts regular community events and markets, and is a wonderful place to while away an afternoon or evening. Spectacular at night when the skyscrapers glisten, here you can enjoy dinner on the beach next
to the sea, or visit a high-rise bar in a hotel for a magnificent view across the Gulf and the man-made Palm Island, with the world-famous Atlantis Hotel at its end. The Walk at Jumeirah beach Residences is a pedestrianized stretch leading to a new development: The Beach. It’s one of the few places where Gulf nationals mix with tourists and Western ex-pats. It’s a popular place to show off your supercar for an evening, so watch out for Lamborghinis, Maseratis, and Ferraris in abundance.

The Metros here are fast, frequent and clean. There is a metro station not too far from the hotel, but I suggest taxi at the rates noted by others here. Once in Dubai, you will find that you will prefer to NOT do much extra walking. The metro drop-off for the mall and Khalifa leaves about .5 km walk to the mall. While it is enclosed and air conditioned, it felt like a long walk. Taxi tip: There will be many chaps offering "taxi" at busy areas. Be sure your "taxi" is marked as a "taxi" rather than appearing more like a personal car. These personal car type taxis will charge up to 3X what an official taxi does.
f you have plans to actually tour Khalifa, make a plan. They limit the total number of visitors per day so get your tickets early or even on a prior day.
