Honestly it is my favorite location, close to everything, trade center, city, Dubai mall as old town. Hotel average to high standard, but big rooms as suits. Several very good restaurants and also small nice beach. Breakfast at hotel can improve. Wifi is not working at all places outside. Little to expensive.

Stayed 3 nights at the hotel before going on a cruise. Room had no view but had only booked a standard room. They tried to persuade us to upgrade but didn't think it worth it for the extra. The breakfast was good value for money and the staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The pool area is... More

the hotel name is a beach resort but all rooms have no sea or pool view, all are internal .. rooms are pretty good but without any privacy if you have kids .. staff are always expecting to be paid for every single service they provide specially in the restaurants, forcing you to drink anything while you're sitting in the... I must say I was expecting a large complex with rowdy stag and hen parties. I found this hotel to be clean and we were well looked after. The hotel isn't the swankiest or the poshest but we were upgraded and the room was quiet and clean. I had read some other advisors reviews but had an open mind as... More

Stayed here for two days and I would say the place was well-maintained, hotel grounds clean and overall ambiance was great. The clubs in the resort were good too and free wifi in room worked great but not anywhere else. The room was small compared to other hotels at the same price range but my real gripe is with the... Private Beach was very well maintained. The ambiance was perfect. Overall stay was very pleasant and I look forward to book the same in... More

No sound isolation for the rooms, unprofessional staff who is going to try and make you pay more at every instance, the hotel is old and hasn't been renovated. To top the experience we were even served a rotten fruit by room service, took evidence with the picture which then the hotel denied. Pass your way, there is much better... More

I was in one of the regular rooms. the rooms are average, nothing minblowing. we could have checked-in at some other hotel for same value and better rooms. at around 2 am my friend wake me up because there were tiny bugs crawling in the bed. this is ridiculously unaccepatable. hotel with... Staying in Jumeirah

Neighbourhood Profile
Jumeirah
Years ago, before the skyscrapers, before the 12-lane highway, there was only Jumeirah. In fact, when the UAE was formed, its rulers signed the agreement in Union House, at the very start of Jumeirah Beach Road. Often called “The Beverly Hills” of Dubai, a drive down Beach Road reveals one enormous, lavish villa after another. Originally residential-only neighbourhoods, they are now also home to an array of cafes, smart boutiques, and art galleries. Home to one of Dubai’s few public beaches, this recently renovated area includes a new boardwalk, running and walking track, with changing facilities and cafes along the way. Another landmark, Jumeirah Mosque, is the only mosque in Dubai that can be entered by non-Muslims. As part of the Sheikh Mohammed Centre for Cultural Understanding, the mosque hosts regular tours and talks about Islam, as part of an “Open Doors, Open Minds” program. A wonderful way to understand more about the UAE and Islam.
