Hello hope all is well. I had the best day at the JW Marriott in Dubai. Everybody was excellent the staff was excellent especially KIRAN but everybody as far as staff were very nice helpful knowledgeable very caring made me feel very very welcome. I stayed 10 days in your hotel I have never seen such as service anywhere. Big up to the Manager Achraf who assisted me with all my needs and helped me and my family to explore this wonderful safe city. I would like to take this opportunity also to thank Israa for her charming welcome and service. I'm so impressed by the service you provide and will always come back to JW Dubai. Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Dubai, The staff was extremely friendly big shout out to Sayooj and Insha amazing people who have provided me with high level customer service. This hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Dubai. A shuttle service to the Dubai Mall is provided to all guests throughout the day. This is where many tours begin and without this service it would be very difficult to make your way around Dubai in the oppressive heat of summer. The hotel rooms and gym & pool facilities are first rate. All the staff are warm, friendly and accommodating particularly Insha, Rina, Ajim and the omelette maker in the fantastic executive lounge. We'd also like to commend Blesson, our housekeeper, Phyoe, at reception and Rodel & Kyle in the lobby. We highly recommend this hotel and the executive lounge.

Despite my room had several issues which were fixed from the engineering department, the engineer Rahl delivered the best service ever experienced in 24 years of travelling around the world. He is a great asset for Marriott. He is competent, patient, polite, kind and extremely helpful. Thank you so much Rahl. God bless you.

Just spent 5 days at the JW Marriot Dubai. A great hotel, it's big for sure. A very nice pool area as well. Want to make special mention of the pool bar. The guys are great, great service and working hard in the Dubai heat. A very special mention to Prabhav who went above and beyond on multiple occasions. Highly recommend the Acqua bar.

Amazing experience at La Farine as always! Food amd sevice was excellent with the help of Santhosh. Of course, Rozaldo was very pleasant and helpful assisting at the lobby area. His smile and servce were top notch!! Keep it up team!! :)

Amazing experience and good food. Amazing service from Rozaldo at the Valet & Santhosh from La farien. Would definitely recommend my friends and family and relatives to visit. Beautiful view of the Waterfall Bridge and very calming effect.
