I am only on my second day and I have never been so pampered. The rooms are big & fancy. The staff is very kind and helpful. The housekeeper (Sadhana) is very nice and she made a very nice gesture by preparing a bubble bath and filled it with flowers. Definitely will not be my last time.

Sadana housekeeping was perfect💕 she made me a bubble bath for me , she is awesome and make my day and also she cleans the room perfectly,I really appreciate her kindness and I really enjoy staying in the hotel.

That was really nice staying in this hotel, 200 percent full service! The room, the facilities the all people whos working in this hotel is very friendly and polite, everyday if we comeback to hotel they’re already cleaned up out room with nice message /note in our bed. The breakfast is really nice also, the service is absolutely nice, the two lady’s named ZIN and SU they treat us like family both of them are sooo nice thank you is not enough. The massage therapists were amazing and the treatment rooms were very nice. The pressure was perfect. I booked a 60 minute massage as my sister had a voucher and am very glad I did. We will definitely be back.

The best was like sleeping on the clouds. We want to buy the same mattress at home now. Housekeeping (Sadhana) drew me a bath to come back to after a long day of exploring. We had fresh flowers on the best everyday. It was an incredible luxurious experience and we loved every minute! Thank you!!

Everything is fine. The room is spacious and comfortable, blackout curtains, air conditioning does not blow directly on the bed, espresso coffee machine.The room was well cleaned daily. The hotel has excellent breakfasts, a choice of 5 types of scrambled eggs, be sure to try eggs Benedict, fresh delicious juicy fruits, freshly squeezed juice, excellent coffee by the way, I recommend. The cuisine is quite diverse, there are Indian, Thai, European, yogurts, snacks, delicious croissants and pancakes. Responsive excellent staff, promptly replace plates, bring freshly made omelette and coffee. The hotel is beautiful, nice, clean pool with a bar. There was only a small oddity, used wine glasses were taken away from the room, but they brought clean ones, and when they asked to bring them, they brought only 1, although my wife and I were there))) I recommend the hotel.…

Efficient service, quiet hotel and ideal location. Super quick check in and checkout. Nine7One and Punjab Grill in the hotel are great places to unwind and eat with the staff attentive to every need. Must visit again.

Hotel facilities outdated. Poor check-in experience. No customer centricity. Staff was not able to accomodate our needs. Moved 3 times within the hotel. Waited and waited for small things. We are not coming back.
