i had visited this place pre covid and failed in love with it so i returned again and the entire resort had been totally renovated and believe me absolutely stunning to every possible details the welcome to the staffs everywhere we were acknowledged you and with greeting the buffet was out of this world and so yummy the roof terrace at sunset was a plus and most when advising of our early departure pre breakfast they even made us a hot breakfast with hot coffee juices yogurt pastries delivered to our room alf hour before our transfer now that is absolutely impressive bravo thank you and see you next time for a longer stay and i forgot to say that we got a room upgrade to a garden pool view

BabAlShams is a very nice hotel in a desert setting just 1 hour drive from Dubai. It was my third stay. The had a renovation last year. I liked the rooms Febr,2022 more but that is personal. The rooms are still very comfortable. The staff is outstanding. Specially Sajjaad from Lobby Lounge, Prakeet(breakfast) and Ismail (desert safari), the pool boys, actually everybody. Also the ladies with breakfast were very friendly. I travel by myself and it feels very warm to get attention.

Marielle is your go to person if you are having an event or conference in BAB AL SHAMS, she is amazing and meticulous about her work. She is so hard working and always available. Her attention to detail and proactiveness is what made our experience great. For sure will come back to BAS. Visited bab Al shams for the breakfast buffet and it was so authentic and taste was very good. The staffs are very friendly a special mention to anees who was with us throughout our breakfast. Everything was amazing, from the Antony giving a drink he invented, to the Ismail giving hint of the desert, and where to take the pictures with the camels. We Decided to go to Bab al sham for weekend. We haven't been since the Renovations and we weren't disappointed. From the service to the food, to the rooms and spa, the attention to details is noticeable. Breakfast and lunch buffet is quality over quantity. We will defenitly come back
