First of all we must say thank you to all the reception staff specially Fatima for her effort and enthusiasm, Irene for her effort and nice suggestions about here home country Kenya. Zaharia and Zipporahi for there big smiles and help and Komron for his efforts and nice conversations. Muh Salah for his help with our bookings. All of them made us feel very welkom and they did know how to deal with different issues at the same time. We spend 7 days in the Mövenpick hotel Jumera towers and after a bad first night in a room opposite of a new tower under construction with a lot of noise during the night we ask to be moved to a more quieter room and the staff moved us to a upgraded room which was more than we ever asked for. The rooms are very clean and the beds are perfect, balcony was big. Thanks to housekeeping staff as well. Buffet dinner is perfect and the fact that you can take the shuttle to The Riva club at the palm makes it even a better. Location is great. 10 min from metro station dmcc and tram to marina areas, plenty of restaurants around. From the bell boy to the duty manager everybody was so nice and helpful, we really enjoyed our time there and can really recommend this hotel.…

My Wallet was accidentally dropped in front of the Movenpick, JLT ladt night and Mohsin from the security team went to great lengths to locate me and inform me that my wallet was found. Was very impressed with the way it was handed back to me today by Kumar of the security team. Every item was listed in a form. Anywhere else in the world, I doubt I would have got my wallet back. The gym renovations are way better than before and the coaches are super helpful. The new equipments are much needed. It is open 24 hrs so you are able to access it anytime. The coaches Sidath and Mado are very friendly and helpful. Very experienced as well.
