Wonderful 1 bedroom villa with a full privacy on the pool where no one can see us and there is no price for that. The villa was very clean, the staff is soo kind and professional we will come back to this amazing resort in Warsan next to the safari park

This was our second stay at the Desert Palm, we were celebrating our anniversary. Both the times I have been impressed with the personal touch of the staff and their attention to details. The hotel’s ambiance takes you to another lifestyle all to gather, from the scented leathery aromas in the corridors, the Spanish water canals to the walks around the polo fields. Our favourite place for staycations because of the boutique and exclusive feel to it.

This hotel is a green Oasis in the middle of the desert! My room was large and comfortable with a lovely partial view of the pool and green spaces. Well equipped with things like adjustable lighting, remote controlled curtains, a sound system for the TV and lots of storage and seating. The Rituals-branded toiletries add to a luxurious experience. The shining star for me was the service. Every single person I interacted with was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Even employees I randomly walked up to remembered my name! They do a courtesy call every evening to check in and ask if you need anything, and I got a nice turn down service on my first night with chocolate covered dates. Those little details are what really made the experience exceptional. There are lots of outdoor spaces to sit and have sheesha, a meal or afternoon tea overlooking the well-kept polo grounds with the city in the distance. The gym area (equipped with a separate workout studio space) offers nice views of the grounds as well while you exercise. Overall my stay was exceptional and I would definitely return. It's great value for money. A special shout out to Helmy and Nadia who made my stay wonderful with their help and kindness.…
