I have used the Intercontinental Festival city for several years now and every experience has been an extremely satisfying. They have wonderful staff always attentive to detail. Abdul Kuddus and Kamal at the concierge, Hassan at the Front office and Kim and Maria at the club are great assets to the property. Abdul has over the years been taking care of restaurant bookings, shopping appointments and also gone out of the way to make my experience delightful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to business travelers and families alike.

Hotel is in the best locality we enjoyed everything in the hotel the staff was very polite especially Shehrooz is very nice he booked Evening Desert Safari for us we enjoyed very much and the best camp in Dubai Royal Adventure Tourism . He is very helpful and guided us well. Everything is in the hotel we bought Burjhkhalifa Tickets from Shehrooz at Tours Safari Desk . We loved the walk to the Festival Mall inside the hotel Wounder full and excellent services provided by Hotel

We arrived at about 2am slight blip with the room reservation. But Mike got us sorted for the night he went way above our expectations to get us settled ,well done Mike 100% service. The next day we had breakfast in the lounge we meet Kim who took things to another level she told us she would get a room sorted for us because of the slight blip the night before. We went to the Mall next door for a few hours Kim sent me a message saying she had got us a room. We went to the lounge again and Kim brought us to the room WOW ! What a room one of the best suites I have ever stayed in unbelievable she lifted our mood through the roof! One of the best hotel stays we have ever had. And it didn’t stop there Kim , Raymond and Mike looked after us so well checking with us throughout our stay that everything was ok. This is a great hotel I would highly recommend it . A hotel is not a good hotel without great staff and believe me this hotel has great staff, staff that care and listen if you have a problem they want you to be happy. We are looking forward to coming back here at the end of August. Well done Intercontental Festival City and thanks again to Kim, Raymond and Mike…

Thé hôtel stay was outclass . Thé team was vert coopérative . We booked tour from Shehrooz Noman from tours desk who gave us discounted prices Dubaï City Tour thé guide was vert professionnel and Amazing ans specially Hassan was also good . We enjoyed alot . Highly recomemded You Can find reasonable prices of every tour in Hôtel Tours Desk from Shehrooz.

As always had an excellent stay at Intercontinental Dubai Festival City. Whenever I am back at Dubai, this is the only place I stay as it is nothing short of my second home. It is an excellent property for long stay as all the members makes sure that the stay is seamless. Starting from our booking to check-in, everything was taken care by Mr. Hassan & Mr. Paul. They did their best to keep all our request and whenever we faced any minor issue during our 2 weeks stay, they did their best to get it resolved within the shortest possible time. Mr Quddus's service to his guests were exceptional as always. He gave the best advice and information whenever we needed them. Mr. Kamal has always taken special care of us. Mr Kamal & Mr. Quddus took special care of check-in and check-out process. Right on the check-out day it was my wife's birthday, Mr Kamal & Mr Quddus along with their team went out of the way and put in cake and balloons in the room the night before. A special thanks to them for such kind gesture. It is because of the service I feel IHG Festival City to be my second home. The property does need some renovations. The rooms need update and hopefully the hotel management will act on it quick. Also the mesh on the window of the marina view rooms kills the view, hopefully the hotel management will take care of it. If they could also increase the breakfast area it would be great. We received great service from in-room dining by Mr. Rahim and Mr. Ali. They made sure all our food was delivered as per our choice. Looking forward to my next stay at IHG Dubai Festival City and hoping to get my room with my favourite view-the creek view.…
