This hotel is very accessible to the Dubai Mall and close enough to the tourist attractions. I loved that it had a cinema, TGIF and grocery all within the hotel. The interior decoration all around the hotel and in the rooms were very well placed and colorful. Staff was very helpful, friendly and respectful.

I was here for just one night and about 36 hours total. The staff is of the highest quality, from the front desk being super helpful and kind to the touring aid in the lobby to the pool people. It's not super high end but for the price it is more than worth it. If you're not planning on a resort/hotel stay than i definitly recommend.

Clean hotel and very modern. The receptionists are very helpful, and they also offered to send my postcards for me when I told them that I couldn't find the post office. Riany also helped us book the tours! The cleaning staff cleaned our rooms very well (thank you Sujan Hassan and Muhammad Abbas!). Highly recommended and walking distance to Dubai Mall (around 10min walk). Buffet breakfast was included in our booking, so this was very good too. And it also helped that there is a convenience store inside the hotel! Thank you Rove Downtown for our good stay!!!

I liked staying at this hotel to be frank with you. Good place with a lot of amenities and is at the heat of downtown so you can go to any of places you like to visit. Say Burj Al Khalifa to Dubai mall. Overall, I liked my stay and would visit again.

We got the best view from our room! The room is clean and quiet which is always a plus! The staff were friendly and polite. The lounge area is pretty hip and fun - love it! It’s also great that they have a coffee shop and a restaurant plus a mini grocery store. Will definitely go back, one of the best hotel stays I’ve had.

This hotel is an amazing experience. It’s a hotel like no other! Loft vibes with a unique design. Thank you to RICA and ELTON for their kindness and support. Traveling with kids is not easy but staff such as them made it worth it and I will be returning for two more days this month. Just because of RICA and ELTON I extended my stay for an additional night. Excellent customer service makes a world of a difference. ROVE, your female reception staff is AMAZING!
