Rooms have no windows and are extremely poorly lit. There is a nice patio and nice comedor - but breakfast is worthless: a cup of tea or coffee and two slices of bread. There is no WiFI - neither in the room or anywhere else. There is no heating in the room and the blankets there are not enough to...

There were no Windows in our room and no ventilation in the bathroom. Everything stays wet. Also very low water pressure. There is no wifi, breakfast is ok. Staff was...

I initially stayed at the Koala Den in Potosi but moved here after one night. This hostel is located in an old, well preserved colonial style building with a lovely courtyard. The staff were friendly and spoke limited English. Breakfast was included and there was a fast (for bolivia) internet connection. I paid 120 Bs for a single bedroom with...

We stayed here in mid-November for 3 days in Room 8. The hotel is in an interesting historic building with glass covered courtyards. This creates a greenhouse effect, and in addition the rooms on the ground and 1st floor have no external walls, both of which keep the rooms warm from the cold Potosi nights. The building is quite deep...

This hotel is an old colonial house which needs a bit of work. The best thing about it is the location (excellent) and the staff who were all very nice. However the rooms aren't up to scratch. Mine had no external windows and was dark. In fact there was a window between my room and the room next door. It...
