We paid 135 BOB/night for over two weeks in a private double bedroom with bathroom away from the street side (normal price is 150 BOB/night). Room was named Potosi - in our opinion it was the best ones - more private than others and away from kitchen. Breakfast not included. PROS: - Friendly & professional family staff speaks English, French,...

This place was super cute and the French/Swiss owner were always helpful and spoke great English/Spanish/French/German. The kitchen was clean and we were able to make all our meals there. The bed was very comfortable, warm and the room was clean. The best thing about this place was the showers. They were hot, powerful and amazing. This place is close...

We spent almost two weeks here whilst we learnt Spanish and it was a pleasant place to stay. Our room was huge! It was cleaned every couple of days, which seems rare for Hostels. The bathroom was great with a good shower. The hosts were welcoming and gave us some great recommendations of where to eat. The only reason this...

We found this place to be great value for sucre. The rooms are clean and spacious and the kitchen is fine for cooking. The location is fairly central, no more than a 5 minute walk to the centre of Sucre. The only criticism was there was no soap in the bathrooms.

Almost the perfect hostel. Just the wifi is lacking, but that is a very common occurence in Bolivia. But clean, friendly, helpful and always hot water. Fluent in english, german, spanish and french. Very spacious rooms!

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. Only wish we could have stayed longer! The owners are absolutely charming and helpful. We had an early flight from Santa Cruz and spent most of the day in the large, spacious room. Small kitchen to cook in and enjoy on the sunny porch.

This hostel is BRILLIANT! (In my opinion!) excellent value, we paid £17 for a huge double room with ensuite bathroom and it has a lovely sunny terraced area upstairs and another one downstairs as well as a well-equipped, clean kitchen. In fact everywhere was clean the whole time, I loved it! We were given towels and toilet roll, a helpful...

We had a really lovely time our week in Sucre at the Dolce Vita. They don't try to do everything (no laundry service nor breakfast) but what they do do, they do well. The rooms were clean (and cleaned often), spacious, and everything had a new feel. Having traveled plenty of places that offer disappointing breakfasts, were perfectly fine enjoying...

I stayed there a few days and the room was very nice and the owners very helpful (full of tips to visit the city !!). The place itself is nice and quiet, not far from the main square and the market. Only "negative" thing : there was no breakfast included, but a kitchen could be used !

The hostel is in a good location in the city center. Very big double room with bathroom. The manager is really friendly and welcoming. Kitchen is well equipped and the balcony inside is very nice for enjoying your meal while meeting others. We kept on staying for a week.
