The scenery is beautiful. I really would give it a 5 rating because of the location to anything you would want to do outdoors, even though the place is quite dated and only averagely clean. The beds are good and linens are nice. The kitchen is well equipped. Overall average is a good description of the accommodations. What tips it...

We exchanged thru II. We normally stay at Wyndham or Diamond properties so we are used to more up dated places. But this was very functional and clean. Our unit had a flight of stairs from the door up to the living area and kitchen. There was another flight up to the 2 bedrooms and one bath. From the door,...

We love to stay at Fairmont Estates. Even though they are a little older and not as Ritzy as some, they are perfect for families. Our unit has been upgraded and everything you would want is there. Plus, plenty of swimming passes and you can go 24 hours a day. And the teenagers did. If you are thinking of going...

We had a great stay at Fairmont estates last week on an II exchange. The unit was ready for us when we arrived... check-in, and later check-out were easy and efficient. We had a 2 bedroom unit with a garage... very convenient in the winter weather we experienced. Two full sets of stairs were a bit hard on Dad's knees,...

We had a one bedroom timeshare exchange to Fairmont Estates. The property is older but well maintained and very clean. Had a nice view of the mountains, farm fields and Anaconda smokestack from behind our unit. Everything we needed for cooking meals was provided and in good condition, even the gas grill on the back patio. Lots to do and...

On exchange special, was able to book a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath for $129 a week. The units are a throwback in time. It takes you back to the origins of timeshares right down to the wallpaper in the bathrooms. With that said, everything was functional and in good working order. Plenty of space for a family of 4. The...

A very nice Condo for a family get together. Very close to Fairmont hot Springs, easy walk. Really enjoyed all the hot water. Kid's skied at Discovery one day. Cold. The hot springs has everything you want, bar, restaurant, animal petting farm, yep.

Very old styling, definately needs a make over, ok rooms, huge gaps under doors, great restaurant with deicous food for every age group. pool, hot springs and water slides a great perk but not sure if it's worth the inflated price. Golf course and tons of other activities are close.
