We stayed here for two weeks and we found the staff very helpful, nice and service minded. The rooms are clean and nice. Free WiFi that worked very well on the third floor but not as good as the apartment some family members had on the second floor. Breakfast was nice but simple with a few selections and not much...

Don't expect too much with this hotel, rooms are ok, attention (if you are lucky) could be very good or (if you are not) very, very bad. Breakfast is ok, rooms are cold and pillows are ok. Please don't choose the new rooms, are very, very, very bad designed.

Reasonable hotel, okay breakfast, intermittent internet. Don't stay on the top floor, as the roof leaks if it rains. No AC. elevator is small but adequate. There is no pool or other amenities like a gym room.

Good points: Location - just off the Prado. Cheap. Friendly, efficient staff who speak a few languages apart from Spanish and English. Passable breakfast [although there is so much starch and sugar in it, it's a fast road to diabetes]. Decent wifi speeds [a luxury in Bolivia]. Bad points: Decor resembles a 1980s stripbar. There's a stench of stale carpet,...

Very good location close to downtown, near to El Prado, in a quiet and safe area. Clean rooms, but a bit old. The staff is attentive, and the prices are good compared to other hotels in the area. However, the Apart Hotel Regina, in the same chain, and around the corner is much better, broader, and inexpensive for what they...

Very good price for the clean, comfortable, and roomy accommodations. Good location for a variety of restaurants and entertainment. Staff went out of their way to see that our laundry was done despite being a holiday. Used by Bolivian medial-class families.

This is a comment about the 3-star hotel and not about the apart hotel under the same name. While the location is good, this place really needs an upgrade. The rooms are spacious, yet the carpet looks really old and my room had a really strong smell of cigarette smoke that did not go away even the second day of...

The apartment hotel regina is related to hotel regina, and just around the corner. For $60 per night we were amazed at the size of the apartment. Big kitchen, large lounge with a dining area,t.v.- also a downnstairs toilet. Upstairs was a big bedroom with another large sitting area- certainly there were areas which could have been upgraded- but so...

The hotel got our group reservations wrong and were trying to put some of the men that were room sharing in a "matrimonial" bed that they were not happy about! It took quite some time to sort out. In a good location close to restaurants near the Prado, which is a building away. Had a decent sized corner room on...

If you're looking for somewhere that is great value, then this is it. Rooms are spotlessly clean (apart from some stains on carpets). There is abundant hot water, wi Fi, cable TV, a kitchen with microwave and fridge, as well as a very good buffet breakfast with everything you could need. There is also room service if you want something...
