We stayed two nights at Hotel Utama, in and out of Isla del Sol. Rooms were great, quiet and with a view on the lake. We stayed in two different double rooms with queen bed and private bathroom for 200 Bs. The staff is very friendly and helpful, gave us all the information we needed on Isla del Sol. Good...

The hotel is nice the net working in the room, the breakfast was good, its 5-10 min from the centre and its quiet you can have a good sleep at night. the only thing is the location, the hotel is uphill, if you don't mind walking up hill

For Bolivia this is a 5 star hotel, only let down a little by the breakfast. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, well furnished and have good internet. Although maybe a little cold at times. Also staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel to stay in that isn't too expensive and is a bit off the main drag so you can get a good nights sleep. The town is small so you can still easily walk to the lake and all the restaurants. Breakfast was good as described with everything you need plus the free lolly/coca tea station was a nice...

After a string of average and frankly terrible hostels, this place was so wonderful! Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, very clean room and bathroom. Short walk into town and the lakeshore. Great view from my room. Hot drinks and snacks for free at reception all day.

The wifi is so intermittent it would be better to have no wifi. Beds comfortable, good sized breakfast, showers are warm (although quite a lot of exposed electrical wiring). Really odd decor. The hotel is located close to the centre of the town (which is small).

I spent a night here this week and thought the hotel was terrible. There was no hot water in the shower and the knob was covered in electrical tape. When I turned off the water I got electrocuted! Absolutely terrible. They only leave the heat on in the room for four hours (between 6:00 and 10:00 PM) so you'll get...

We arrived at Hotel Utama after a nightmarish 24 hour bus journey involving breakdowns and more breakdowns. We were delighted to see our inviting bedroom which was warm and comfortable with views of the lake. We longed for a shower and to sink into bed, but it is here that everything began to go downhill. The shower, apart from being...

Offers a slice of a view of Lake Titicaca, nice atrium lobby, and breakfast is good … but room left a lot to be desired. Noise from atrium carries into the rooms, WiFi access poor (mediocre in the lobby, no access in the room), tepid “hot” water, pillows like rocks, visible wiring hazards, could use much refurbishing. A couple of...

Unfortunately my room was at the back of the hotel facing a construction site. Mattress was hard and not very comfortable. Rooms were not very sound proof. Power turned off around 11 pm, which meant that the heater no longer worked. Easy walk to the ferry to Isla del Sol and restaurants. Had a good range of breakfast items. Provided...
