Friendly staff, nice breakfast and very good rooms. One of the better hotels in Santa Cruz. Within a few miles you'll find good restaurants and a supermarket. Although the hotel is very good we wouldn't recommend staying in Santa cruz very long, city isn't very inspiring.

My wife and I traveled from the interior of Bolivia to stay here for our anniversary. The hotel staff was very accommodating, going the extra mile by adding rose pedals and champagne to the room (added cost). And they also allowed our pet to stay with us (added cost). The room was very nice and we had a very comfortable stay. The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable.
The only thing preventing me from giving the hotel 5 stars was that the pool, while very nice, was dirty. I understand that it's a downside to having a pool in Santa Cruz. Also, when we entered the fitness area, the sauna was turned off.

I booked here because it’s about a 10-15 min ride from the bus station. I arrived late, the neighborhood around it doesn’t seem to have too much for tourists, but if you’re in transit, it doesn’t matter. The room was clean , roomy, with A/C, WIFI, and a tv. There’s a small refrigerator if there’s something you want to keep cold. Breakfast included. Nice staff.
The website says they have a spa and a pool? Didn’t have time to investigate those. The price is right for this hotel that even has an elevator.

Unfortunatly, when we arrived late on our first niht, our room was given to someone else, but the manager organised us a smaller room for one niht. Early the next day, we had our family room. The room was great. We stayed for two nights. After we travelled to different places in Bolivia, but we decided to return to this hotel after our trip for our last night.
