The only thing preventing me from giving the hotel 5 stars was that the pool, while very nice, was dirty. I understand that it's a downside to having a pool in Santa Cruz. Also, when we entered the fitness area, the sauna was turned off.
The website says they have a spa and a pool? Didnāt have time to investigate those. The price is right for this hotel that even has an elevator.
It was consulted in advance that I would check in at 8:00 p.m. and leave at 6:00 a.m. (spend the night)
and that I would pay in dollar bills.
When he arrived at the hotel they didn't want to take the dollars because they said they were old, worn out...
We offered to pay with another new bill 100 USD but they didn't have it or they wanted to give change (?)
They also did not want to charge with VISA
In short, a disaster of attention and even more so at that time of night with the vulnerability of not being able to go to another hotel.
hotel not suitable for tourist passengers. only Bolivians with Bolivian pesos.
