Basic breakfast with make your own coffee and only scrambled egg as hot food (not even a toaster). Nice on-site pool which is perfect after arriving in Santa Cruz’s muggy heat.
Simple facilities, comfortable beds, clean.
Good bathroom, hot water.
Breakfast, good.
Very friendly and attentive staff.
Payment can be made in dollars or in Bolivian dollars at the official quote.
I was faintly amused by this place but there is no way i would ever stay here again!
Our room was quite dirty, the sheets had many spot and we prefer to sleep in our sleeping bag. The carpet also need a good vacuum. Breakfast was ok.
There is a swimming pool, but it was closed when we were there since it was raining very hard.
I didn’t feel particularly safe in the area after dark and took Ubers when going out. It was noisy until well after midnight and I could hear the neighbouring rooms walking around and going to the toilet! Didn’t sleep well as someone kept trying to come into our room. Probably not the hotel’s fault as it sounded like a drunk guest. It is close to the cathedral though and the staff were very pleasant.
The man at the reception was very motivated and helpful (actually in Bolivia there are some blockades in big cities). We got hints for open supermarkets and he drove us also by motorbike to the airport.
Good rooms, nice pool area.
Easy walk to the center of the city. Small staff.
I made a big stink about it, and they finally changed my room. Had no luck with the new room either. I was bitten by Mosquitos!!
At check out I asked if there would be a discount for the inconvenience and they basically laughed in my face.
If you are looking at this hotel, DO NOT!!! Stay here. This should be a one star hotel!!! Horrible service!!!!
