I had a pleasant stay at this hotel while I was in Bolivia for a medical mission. The hotel staff was very accomodating and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and while it wasn't super modern I slept well. There was a fast wi-fi internet connection. The windows did allow in a lot of street noise, but I was able to sleep through it without difficulty. The hotel offered safety deposit boxes to lock up your valuables during your stay in Santa Cruz and the hotel restaurant had great food.

I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and can say that it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean albeit a little old and it could use some updating. The gym by the pool was poor and both treadmills were broken. There is Wifi but each floor has it's own router so the wifi is only good on that particular floor and the wifi signal is not strong due to the concrete block construction of the hotel.
There is a breakfast buffet every morning and while it is good, all of the options were the same for all of the days I was there, so it became a little boring.

Hotel staff is very polite and accommodating. All areas are cleaned daily. Rooms aren't flashy but are comfortable after a long day in the mission hospital. Food is dependably good with mortadella every morning in the breakfast buffet. Hot water pressure in the shower is spotty. Wifi is also spotty. Safe deposit boxes are available. Views of the city from the 4th floor balcony are panoramic.

So this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel on the 1st ring. Well the resturant made my husband sick and there was mold in the bathroom. It was $75 a night which is pricey in SCZ. Go just a little ways around the block to Gospel World Mission Base and stayed 4 days for 600bs for a family of 4. Super ckean. Filtered water. And in the best location ever. Skip this hotel that takes advantage of Americans.

I was dumped into this hotel by Aerolineas after they cancelled my flight.
The rooms looked like a motel from the 1980s with hideously ugly curtains, cheap bedding and beaten up furniture.
The bathroom was dirty.
