This is a good hotel CLEAN, big rooms, big bathroom. HOWEVER, ask them to not put you in a room on the side where the Events are held. They put me there one night, I was on the 3rd floor, event music, loud talking went on till 3:00am. I had to ask them to move me to another room. Safe's in room when I stayed were "old style" with keys, not that good. Breakfast is really not good, even the coffee was undrinkable. If you are on the other side of the hotel away from the events, and have a way to go somewhere else for breakfast (like Avenida Monsignor), it is a decent place to stay. It's just a little over priced considering the breakfast.

I ve stayed here for more than 2 months and the service was great, the staff always helpful. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The rooms are suits which means that the space that the guests receive are more than just an ordinary room. I ll definitely be back.!!!!!

I was backpacking on Bolivia and when I got to Santa Cruz I just wanted a place for myself for a night with some luxury. Toborochi was the place, high customer service, super clean and spacious rooms and great restaurant. Toborochi gave me the much needed rest to keep on exploring.

I travel the world so I know other countries have other definitions of ‘5 star’. But this hotel ABSOLUTELY is NOT 5 star. Literally the only nice thing I can say is the people were friendly & the rooms were big. WiFi was slow. Pool was cold. Lounge chairs were plastic, uncomfortable & dirty. No jacuzzi even though advertised. Rooms were dated. Towels & beds were not comfortable. No English language tv channels. Free breakfast but coffee was extra charge? Restaurant was not ‘pretty’. They charged me for losing plastic card key?? No view other then blocked by building across the street that was under construction. Construction in the hotel with constant hammering, but only 9am-6pm. Lol.

Really great hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful; they speak excellent English. The staff really takes service seriously and it shows. The rooms are large (living room & bedroom plus little kitchen) and very clean. Breakfast is great and their other facilities - sauna, pool, fitness center - are also great. Highly recommend staying here

I like to stay here as it gives some feeling of home away from home.
The staff are very nice and helpful, so even if you have any concern, they will find a way to resolve the situation for you.
The daily rate is quite reasonable.
Breakfast is normal and room service is available.
Because I have always been here for official trips, I have never had the time to spend some time at the pool but it looks really nice and clean.

We stayed here four nights. The rooms are apartments. You have a good size bedroom, good size bath with all the ameniests including a night light, the living room has a outside patio overlooking the street and towards the down town. Kitchen has stove and mico wave. Small eating table. Wi fi is excellent and fast. Pool out side is small but nice. Breakfast is very good. Five or six choices of fresh fruit, oatmeal, with add ins. They will provide any made eggs and have a whole table of empanadas, cheese balls, cakes. The coffee is good and four different fruit juices. At least one staff person speaks English and they were helpful. Cost 25 b to get down town. 10 minutes.

Excellent place to stay while in Santa Cruz. Very clean, comfortable and large suites. Swimming pool and fitness facilities very good. Hotel staff is very helpful, friendly for guests and guests of the guests. Shall book again when return to Santa Cruz.

Stayed for roughly a week. The rooms are a decent size and the hotel is in a good location not far from the centre and close to some good bars and restaurants. The breakfast decent, the only downside is that if you are ordering food in the hotel restaurant or room service it is super slow. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

I was ver y confortable during my stay in the hotel. The room service was good too. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant. Unfortunately I did not enjoy the swimming pool neother the sauna because my job, hipefully I will the next time. I expect to stay there again very soon. Thanks a lot.
