Accommodations were Spartan. Hotel and room were not updated. Looks run down, dumpy. A/C in the room was not powerful enough for the room, so it was hot! We stayed there 2 nights, from July 13-15, 2016. There was no internet signal in our room supposedly because of the room's location, they said would check and change our room, but... More

Look this place is OK. Fairly central location with a reasonable breakfast. The staff do not speak English and the rooms are brown and "tired", but as a group hotel it was absolutely fine for a night. Nothing else to report really, except check your shower before when you check in. Ours did not work and we had to swop... More

Stayed here one night and that really was enough. Triple room felt like a sauna and the decor is in need of an upgrade. Reception is the nicest bit of hotel. Breakfast was included but didn't look or taste fresh. Unfortunately wouldn't stay here again.

Following prons and cons. Prons: - good breakfast - location ( 300 m from the center) - wifi (even if in my room sometimes not worked) Cons: - room very old, decadent (it was not possible close the bathroom door on a double room) - bad customer care: the staff wasn't able to indicate me a good reataurant for the... Stayed here for one night on a tour. Obviously built in the 1980's the lobby looks nice but once behind the scenes the rooms are a disgrace. I doubt any maintainance has been done since it was built. The shower did not drain and flooded the bathroom, the room shows signs of water damage. Room was grubby looking and there... More

I'm not a huge fan of Santa Cruz de la Sierra itself but this hotel was nice. My room was clean and comfortable and had a nice selection of complimentary toiletries etc. There was an in room safe, fridge stocked with usual minibar goodies and wifi is good throughout the hotel. The bathroom was dated but adequate and the shower... More

The hotel is not very close from the main square (a comfortable fifteen minute walk) but the rooms are large and airy. Service is good and the staff is friendly. The breakfast is elaborate and there is free WiFi in rooms

Stayed here for 1 night with G Adventures. First impression was good- great location, nice lobby. Our room was alright, not massive but it was clean. The bathroom was very outdated and could do with a facelift! I thought the shower would fall apart when I used it!! Staff were very nice in the hotel and breakfast was fairly decent... More

This hotel is proof that the star rating is not necessarily accurate. While they list themselves as 4-star on their building and lobby, they are at best a 1-star. This hotel is clearly misrepresenting itself. It has dirty rooms, broken windows in the bathroom, open electrical wiring in some room sockets, and has filthy paint on the walls, to name... More
