Very decent hotel downtown. Enjoyed the people, the breakfast was o.k. What I also liked was the opportunity to walk out of the door and visit the little shops, parks in the area. Santa Cruz is a nice town and the pricing is good related to the quality of the hotel.

We came dragging in from a week in "el campo" and we were tired, and covered in dust, and in a moment of weakness I decided we'd splurge on this luxury rather than getting a standard backpacker room somewhere else close by. We were dusty and grimy, traipsing through their polished lobby, but they warmly welcomed us anyway, and showed...

I stayed at the Canciller Hotel in Santa Cruz on a business trip in September 2016. The hotel has a classic appearance; rooms are spacious, the WIFI is pretty good, it has a pool in the center of town, and very accessible rates considering the central location. However, there is lots of low hanging fruit when it comes to improving...

Well located if you need to work in Santa Cruz downtown. Rooms are basic and need maintenance. Matress is just OK and services are also basic. Breakfast includes all you need but still basic in comparision with other hotels. All in all, if you need to stay one night at an affordable price this hotel will work.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here four nights. A five stars must be given the staff. They bent over backward to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. The place was exceptionally clean and there seemed to be someone working on keeping it that way full time. The location is excellent and easy walk to the...

For anyone who needs to be in the center of old Santa Cruz, this is a well situated hotel. It has a nice pool, good breakfast, and accessible to the town center. Internet is poor. Air conditioning is not always reliable.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years and have always been happy with the hotel. The location is central with the main square and lots of restaurants nearby. If you want to be downtown, this is the place. Rooms are clean and shower is excellent.

This was our first visit to Bolivia and was our first hotel stay and the only bad experience we had in Bolivia. We arrived after a very long flight to be told they could not find our reservation. We sent two emails and called twice before our arrival. The confirmation I had received by email was not valid according to...
