This hotel is modern and stylish with unique artwork, photos and furnishings. There was something interesting to see everywhere you looked.
We were in the "Clockwork Orange" room which had two levels and two bathrooms. (We almost didn't discover the bathroom on the main floor as it was behind a sliding panel). The room was spotlessly clean and had a huge inviting balcony off the second floor.
The WIFI worked well (which was not the case elsewhere in Bolivia) and the hotel is located in a nice neighborhood close to a street with many restaurants.
The staff at the hotel were very helpful - they printed boarding passes for us, and permitted us to have a late checkout. It's service like this that elevates a good hotel to a great hotel.
We thorougly enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it.

Our room was two story, with bedroom / full bath upstairs, seating area / kitchen / half bath downstairs. The rooms have a theme for artwork; our first visit was the "horse" room, our second was the "kiss" room. Balconies overlooking the street from both levels of our room. Located down a side street in a residential neighborhood, so it was quiet. The hotel has a small lap pool, and wall panels that can drop down over the pool to create a floor. Lots of photos of blues / jazz icons - we dined with Jimi Hendrix at breakfast. The breakfast buffet is very good. Elevator available, security guard on site at night. Walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Room Tip:Â We stayed twice, both rooms were on the third floor overlooking the street. It was quiet at night.

By far the best place we stayed in Bolivia. The hotel is new, done in an industrial chic mode, and very stylishly decorated with a single theme throughout. The staff are amongst the best I've seen in any hotel, very professional and extremely pleasant and helpful. Just very nice people. The level of cleanliness in all parts of the hotel is second to none, and it's clear that this is an important part of the hotel's ethos. The public spaces are immaculate, as are the rooms. We had a two-level suite for five nights, and had a relative in a standard room. The two-level is massive, and to be honest unless you have guests over it's too big for two people. We rarely used the downstairs (living/dining room) at all except the one time we had family visiting. The standard room would have been fine otherwise. The apartment does have a two-burner hob/stove and a toaster oven, as well as a fridge, with LCD TVs upstairs and down. Uniquely in my experience every room has its own dedicated wifi router with unique ID, making for very good wifi. Each room has a balcony (the apartments have two) with great views of Santa Cruz from the top floor rooms. The breakfast was good; not a huge selection but plenty of fresh fruit and juices and good coffee, with scrambled eggs as the one hot option. The hotel has a secure underground parking garage with about eight spaces. The only downside was not the hotel's fault at all: the wind really kicks up in Santa Cruz first thing in the morning, and it can howl and beat against the sliding balcony doors of the third floor rooms. The neighbourhood was upper middle class with clean streets and nice houses. It seemed safe, although my wife's cousin said he'd been mugged twice there in broad daylight. It just goes to show muggers commute to work too. I doubt anywhere in Santa Cruz would be crime-free, so keep your guard up and you'll be fine. There is a police post on the street the hotel's on, so this may have solved the problem.

I stayed for 4 nights here this past week. It was within a 10 minute walk to the main convention center in this town. I cannot say enough great things about this hotel. The design is hip, there is a very private courtyard with a swimming pool, the rooms were clean and spacious, the linens were crisp, the bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was fast.
If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

This hotel is new and deserves to thrive. The service is fantastic from all staff. The decor is subtle and classy yet at the same time just the right amount of quirky. Great music playing in the reception - a mix of Johnny Cash and chill out.
Breakfast is particularly impressive. A great selection of very interesting breads and pastries, yoghurt, fruit and top notch coffee. Particularly recommend the sweet baby empanadas.
The rooms are of a good size with a really comfortable bed and places to work and rest. I loved my football themed (subtly) room. Great bathroom - small but nicely done with a powerful shower.
In my opinion the place to stay in Santa Cruz.

A new hotel in Santa Cruz, thus not many reviews yet. But don't let that deter you. This was definitely the best stay we had in Bolivia. Beautiful building in a super modern style, decorated with old and antique items and classic prints. Very classy and comfy. Our room was fantastic. We opted for the two story room for just a little more $. It had a huge downstairs with sofas, TV, kitchenette, bathroom, dining area and AC. Upstairs was the bed and full bathroom with shower and large closet area, which included benches and shelves... perfect for travelers with suitcases. The bed was fantastic- with lovely linens and pillow options (soft down, firm memory foam, plus a full body pillow). Also a TV and AC up there. Big windows with shades. Very nice towels and great shampoo and soap products. Wish we had stayed more than one night. Good wifi, even in the room. We were able to skype, which was not usual for hotels in Bolivia. The hotel is located on a residential street (which made it peaceful and quiet), but not far from things. $20 bolivianos for a taxi to the Ventura Mall or to Downtown/Centro. The hotel will call you one whenever you need a taxi. Good restaurants in the area. Breakfast was lovely... A nice spread and they made us scrambled eggs to order because the ones that were already prepared had ham in them. If I still drank coffee I would've ordered an Illy espresso, which is an extra charge but they had real espresso machines! (Not common in South America.) They go have pot coffee as part of the buffet. Very pleasant and accommodating staff. Just a 15-25 minute taxi ride to the airport (depending on time of day) for $60-70 bolivianos. We LOVED this hotel and Santa Cruz!
