This is always my go to hotel while staying in Santa Cruz. I stay in a lot of Hilton hotels and this is my favorite Hampton hotel by far. Rooms are really nice. Love the panoramic view rooms. Breakfast is really good. Only had one meal at night at the roof top restaurant but it was great too. Location is also perfect to so many things. Overall can’t go wrong staying here!

Only used as an overnight stop for flights La Paz to Santa Cruz with Boliviana then the following morning GOL flight Santa Cruz via Sao Paolo to Rio de Janiero. A very pleasant welcome late at night. An immaculately clean decent size room in a modern hotel. Lots of nice restaurants around but at the late hour we just enjoyed a late cocktail in the top floor bar.
Breakfast the following day was a standard buffet of juice, tea or coffee, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, cold meats, cheese and breads with omelette made to choice. No airport shuttle but taxi outside agreed price of 70BOB to the airport. Perfect for a short stay.

So the rooms are good, spacious and comfortable. The shower is very good in terms of pressure and temperature.
It is true what other reviews say about the noise. The walls are thin, and the windows don't insulate well. Make sure you get a quiet room.
The negative part is food. It is very low quality. Breakfast for instance is very subpar, but the worse are the room service options. They seem to have been prepared by a student and not by a chef. And I don't really understand it. I mean, breakfast is included, you want to offer a cheap breakfast to save on costs, that's ok. But you charge for dinner, just hire a good chef and increase prices a bit, they are not that high anyway.
Another thing that I found unacceptable is that they don't provide bottled water in the rooms, beyond the first day.

The Hampton is an excellent executive standard hotel, with large and very comfortable rooms, a great bed and shower, a very good breakfast and very well located close to good restaurants, bars, markets and the Ventura Mall. Only service at reception which I found a little cold, but was still efficient. I liked it and would stay again.

Excellent accommodation option: unbeatable service, delicious breakfast with everything you need, very clean and well-stocked room. Magnificent location.
Our flight was early and they enabled us to have breakfast at 4.45 a.m.. The staff was top notch, especially Mauricio and the Chef.

We Stay with the whole family at four differents rooms, and I it is a marvelous, great place to stay I would like to come back to Santa Cruz just to be at this hotel. And the price makes it alworthy. The Staff makes it a lot better still.

All good the best staff in town although the Gym is not that great..:( if you need to gym better find another one. Food is great. room service and room. I love the chain since they are always good. you feel safe there.

This appears to be a brand new hotel with very spacious and comfortable rooms.
The location is excellent and the price is just right. It's perfect for a business trip, in, sleep, shower, breakfast, out. It is a couple of blocks away from the mall and nearby lots of good restaurants.
Staff was VERY attentive, nice and friendly.
The restaurant on the top floor has a great view and the food is good.
Wifi is fast and include.

The general hotel is decent for a short stay.
However, I was on the 10th floor in a ‘king’ room. This was connected to the two adjoining rooms. Very thin walls and constant moving of furniture from the 11th floor dining room meant poor nights sleep. This was improved when I was upgraded to an 8th floor corner room which was much better.
The breakfast was not great and after the first morning I decided to eat out.
The staff are fantastic and they are the reason I have not scored this lower.

hi, well is not, the hotel is located in the center of city, close to the bussines center, restaurant and night livin. you should search for the "Sun hotel" is next to the airport. hope to be helpful

Hi, no we don't have a pool but we have a agreement whit one of the most beautiful places whit natural pools in Santa Cruz, Biocentro Güembé
Its less than a Km away, basic sidewalk straight North and you'll be there. I'd walk rather than take a cab for that short distance; bus is not available. Hope this helps!
