This is a lovely hotel with very high quality service. A lot has been said by other reviewers about the main values of pavillon d'orient. The staff (from reception, to the restaurant, to the spa... And all the drivers!) are incredibly helpful and genuinely caring... they seem to be a very solid team. They work really hard to make sure...

Siem Reap is resplendent with many large luxury hotels, large tourist hotels, guest houses etc.. so there are many choices. But somewhat away from the massive concrete structures reminiscent of Disney installations there is the Pavillon d'Orient hotel: tastefully decorated , low key lodging beautiful with exotic gardens and excellent salt water swimming pools. The larger pool is almost 20...

We stayed in a Junior suite. We got free 2-way car transfer from the airport, daily tuk-tuk drive around town and temples area (excluding outskirts temples), 30-min free massage, free wi-fi, daily fruits basket, delicious breakfast that serves great smoothie, yoghurt, croissant, and even fried rice. Charlie, a receptionist, was especially friendly and helpful. Sna, our tuk-tuk driver was also...

Stayed two nights and wished we could have stayed longer. This hotel is a lovely oasis tucked away in a very unassuming location. The staff were very friendly and efficient. There is tropical landscaping throughout and an airy lobby sitting area and free computers to use. We booked a ‘1 twin deluxe room with private balcony’ which had a decent...

At the end of a long (3.5 months) tour of Europe before returning to Australia, we took a break in Siem Reap, Cambodia, and stayed at the Pavillon on the recommendation of relatives. This is a lovely boutique hotel, set in lush grounds, with everything you could want virtually right on the doorstep. Our suite (ground floor, pool view from...

This is an lovely oasis of calm in a frenetic city, the staff try very had to make your experience as good as possible and we loved the little touches such as the complimentary massage, the book on Angkor Wat and most of all our tuk tuk driver who was just brilliant. The only negative for me is the bed...

We stayed for a week in November. Although it is not in the central part of Siem Reap, the complimentary use of a tuk tuk makes this not a problem at all. This is a hotel that is really of a very high standard. They work hard at making your experience enjoyable. Two pools, and great food.

What a nice stay! The staff is very friendly and efficient. The rooms are spacious and calm. We had during our 4 days there a tuk-tuk driver at our disposal which was very convenient and took us outside the city. Beautiful swimming pool and DELICIOUS breakfast (the chocolate cake!!!) We simply loved it!

Every hotel in the world could learn something about service by visiting Pavillon d'Orient. You are made to feel part of the family the moment you arrive. No request is met with anything but a smile and can do attitude. More importantly though it is not just words, there is always prompt and efficient follow through.
