Our experience in Cambodia at this hotel could be called "too good to be true" actually it was not, it was real. A charming hotel, with impeccable service includes an airport pickup, tuk tuk driver and a spa treatment. Plus, the price was already reasonable. In addition we ask the hotel to hire us an English speaking guide to take...

Lovely boutique hotel in a good location for Ankor. The staff are great and the tuktuk driver that is provided for the day is a great idea. It makes travelling around Ankor and Siem Reap so much easier and convenient. The rooms and pool are nice, too, and the restaurant and food is very good. Waiters and waitresses are helpful...

Based on our good experience with boutique hotels in SE Asia and the excellent reviews for Pavillon d'Orient, we selected this hotel as a base to explore the Angkor temples for 7 days. And our expectations were exceeded. The inclusion of airport transfers, a tuk tuk driver for the whole stay and a massage made this a personalised holiday at...

Agree with most reviewers - great hotel and service. We weren't well when we turned up and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Driver (Lory) and car that were part of the deal were excellent. Managed to get to see main sites. Breakfast that was available all day is an inspired idea which other small hotels should follow. The...

Left this morning after 3 nights at the Pavillion d'Orient Hotel. We were collected at the airport and taken to the hotel - journey takes approximately 25 minutes and you get one tiny glimpse of Angkor Wat on the way! Hotel is very well hidden behind lots of gorgeous foliage, and I imagine it could be hard to find if...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in September 2013. We were met at the airport by a friendly driver and brought straight to the hotel where they were waiting for our arrival. The check in was easy and friendly and we went straight to our room. The room was big with a queen size bed. The bed...

As a group of guys we probably are not the quiestest bunch, however the staff and the hotel were just superb. Private Tuk Tuk was superb and a great bonus. He shows us round the temples and also dropped and picked us up each night in Club Street. The massages were $30 for 90 mins which is just madness. rooms...

First, I would like to compliment the staff on excellent service. Whenever we needed something, they were there. Breakfast wasn't elaborate, but very adequate. The pool wasn't really particularly exciting, and because of the heat we just gave it a pass. I had a massage; it was ok. Nothing special really. Now, we went between Christmas and New Year. Big...

So glad we found Pavillon d'Orient and made our booking for four days staying. This holiday was long expected and with the spotless service as well as assistance from the hotel stuff, it has turned out to be a perfect. Thank you so much for getting back to us for booking in the first place, Sebastien; thank you for your...

I chose this hotel based on Trip Advisor reviews for my trip to Siem Reap in October 2012, and I can add my voice to the chorus of voices praising this hotel – it really is that wonderful. I was worried about having everything planned before I got to Cambodia, since I only had a few days to see the...
