This hotel was included in an arrangement for a trip from Bangkok to the Angkor Wat temples. Have to say it didn't deceive us at all. It's situated very central in a quite busy surrounding but we didn't hear much of it in the standard room we got. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel & hotelroom was found very...

Stayed this hotel as arranged by a travel agency The room is clean but location is bit far from the Pub Street (you need to pay 6USD for a round trip to the Pub Street by local TUTU). The surrounding is a bit shady. Better to find a place close to where restaurants and bars are next visit.

I have rated very good but not excellent because (1) it did not have wifi in the room as promised, (2) the air-con was noisy, (3) only 2 out of the 4 power supplies were working and (4) there was a cockroach in our bathroom on the last night. Given the environment of the country, I won't rate it lower...

Smiling hotel was a comfortable clean and attractive place. However renovation was going on and water from the pool made our area bit slippery.( We were on the first floor) But service was excellent and the hospitality made up for this. Our guide Chei was a knowledgeable and friendly man and he ensured the success of this trip. The icing...

I stayed here for four nights. The room was clean and neat but the shower/tub leaked all over the floor when you showered. Wifi didn't work in our room so we had to stand in the hall or lobby to access it. Local Staff was friendly and very helpful (apart from one lobby staff who seemed to hate us). Apart...

The hotel wasn't located in the actual city which surrounded by resorts and high stars hotels. The price looked good but it wasn't worth with the star rating. I can says this hotel is naturally fulled of Chinese tour. Our room is at the 4th floors and still had noise from the pool below. It was bad to those who stayed...

Had a room facing the crocodile farm. The room is spacious and clean but sound proof is bad. Staff are helpful and check-in process is fast with staff bringing u to the room and explaining the available facilities. Breakfast buffet offers limited choices though is a 4 star hotel and should provide packaged marjerin rather than scooped butter submerged in...

It had so many stars on the website. The price looked good, but it turns out it was worth just a bit less than the amount we paid. To start I had a terrible time getting the management to confirm an airport pickup. The website says, "Free round trip transfer to airport or bus station". Eventually after I had some...

The Smiling Hotel & Spa is one of my favorite hotels. On arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff with a welcome drink (nice touch). I was upgraded to a larger room (which was delightful and unexpected). I ate in the restaurant several times and the service was impeccable and food delicious and well priced. Breakfast was plentiful and...
