We spent 3 nights here based on Trip advisor and was not disappointed more so like others impressed with what we got and what we paid. The room is basic with nice hard bed. Aircon works ok and bathroom sufficient. The room is cleaned daily with new sheets and free water included along with breakfast. The location is so close...

For $15 a night we weren’t expecting much from Thunborey hotel. However, we were pleasantly surprised on arrival. We had taken a bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap and a tuk tuk from the bus station to the hotel cost us only $2. The staff at the reception were friendly and immediately showed us to our rooms. We had...

Our room rate is never 15$ per room per night. You stayed in twin room so it cost only 12$ included daily breakfast.

cant fault the place. big clean rooms with very helpful staff. breakfast nothing special but at $12 per room per night how can you go wrong. just a couple of minutes to the main town but far enough out to be rather quite. a good break from places costing twice as much for half the perks.

Very good hotel for the price. I paid 12 USD for a double room. I booked 2 double rooms, and got rooms opposite each other. Bookings were easy over the phone. Staff spoke reasonable English and sent confirmations by email. The location is very good. 5 minutes walk from the city centre (Old market/night market/pub street). Siem Reap is basically...

Our first hotel on our trip and probably our best. Fantastic family room, which was huge, modern bathroom, cable TV, wi-fi, just excellent. Hotel picked us up from the Airport, which made the start of our trip very easy. Travelling down the bumpy road to the hotel you wonder where you are heading but don't be put off the hotel...

Look no further! This property is amazing!! And so cheap! We stayed at Thonborey for 4 nigths in April, and we loved it! The rooms were very spacious and very clean and tidy. Air con worked perfectly, big bathrooms with good hot water pressure (westerner showers)and cable tv. The staff is really friendly and they helped us with everything we...

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough! We found them absolutely randomly through their website www.thunboreyhotel.com. And I have to say, they're exactly what they claim to be - the rooms are clean and spacious with lovely red wood furniture in a colonial styleas their pics show, air conditionning works very well, great shower, TV with 70-80 channels, a mini-fridge,...

After a trrrible night's sleep in Bun Seda Angkor Villa Hotel we moved to Thunborey Hotel. Don't be fooled by the bumpy road you have to go down to get there......it was great! The room was fantastic & very clean, as was the bathroom (excellent power shower). The hotel staff, although they struggled a little speaking English, were extreamly nice...

We booked based on a recommendation from fellow travellers. At only $12 per night for "deluxe double" including internet in the room (which actually works - I'm on it now), breakfast, air-con, and hot water, we thought it was a good deal. No free pick-up from the bus station, which some guesthouses offer. We got a tuk tuk here, although...
