Stayed last xmas (yes a very late review). Staff, from front desk to tuk tuk drivera, were excellent, friendly and extremely helpful. The girl at front desk (sry I can't remember her name) was more than willing to help us set up tour, reserve a table and recommend things to do. The room was spacious and clean bathroom with hot...

I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I booked this guesthouse but I was pleasantly surprised. The amount of money that you pay is a great value for what you get. The water in the shower was hot, the bed comfortable, the front desk very helpful. They had water available for free to drink from a water container. I...

It is guesthouse run by a lovely family who takes care of all your needs. We loved to stay on the rooftop lounge. Rooms are comfortable, very clean, with a/c and have great value for money. The family is involved in a wonderful charity organisation (which recently won the world of Children award in New York!) so you are also...

As soon as we arrived we were greeted with the best possible service, really warm and welcoming! The Guesthouse is run by a lovely family, who also run a children's charity, and the funds go towards the charity so make sure you buy something from the Gift Shop! The guesthouse itself was so homely, they have a lounging area with...

Could we not at least have a day spa somewhere?! Well as it turned out, wow! The rooms were clean and tidy and had everything you needed - inc...

We were recommended this place by a friend and it was amazing! Great value, clean and the friendliest staff! The beds are huge, which is important to us as we are tall, and the rooftop area is a great spot to watch the daily storms. They have a crew of tuk tuk drivers and Esa is also a wonderful guide...

Seven Candles is a lovely family-run guest house in a neighborhood removed from the crazy backpacker ghetto. Staff are very helpful and can arrange airport transportation and site tours. Rooms are simple but very clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are superb, prepared by the family. I would highly recommend this guesthouse!
