This place was disgusting. Its a little bit depressing trying to write this review because I think I've tried to forget how bad it was. To start, there was at least one mouse in the room. I saw it. It was snacking on the "complimentary" fruit. We had someone show us our room upon checkin, and I should have been...

We drove into Siem Reap at dusk, didn't do any prior booking or planning for accommodations. Saw a couple other hotels in the area before this one. The staff was very nice and accommodating, they let us check out the room before we booked it. The hotel style is very different, almost like a piece of art. Very cultural. We...

This hotel is not too bad, but it is long gone glory. The building clearly needs restauration, as does the swimming pool and bar. The room was clean but there was a general shortage of towels in the hotel. This is really unpleasant, especially when there is a pool. Staff is friendly but English is sometimes a problem. Breakfast is...

Siem Reap was a spur of the moment trip in addition to our travels. Travelling from Bangkok, we had not pre booked a hotel or hostel and left it to the night we arrived. As we arrived, the taxi driver took us to two places which were not open and did not look appealing. We stumbled upon Terrase Des Elephants...

We had lunch with my family at this place, and it was awful. Despite having repeated the order twice, they didn't manage to get it right, my pizza never arrived. The burger was cold. Staff seemed genuinely concerned but ultimately didn't care. Avoid at all costs. There are so many nice places to try in Siam Reap.

This hotel is truely iconic. It looks from the outside all colonial....and once inside it is done out wonderfully. I stayed in a room one the top floor right next to the roof-top pool...it was two storey , and even had a water feature with water lillies in the room. I was totally blown away by it all. the roof...

This was supposed to be our best stay but turned out to be the worst one. We paid an extremely expensive room for Siem Reap room. What went wrong: -Our room was just aside from a construction site. Workers began at 8am till 6pm (even on Sunday!!!!). We could not rest. -We had to ask to make our room clean,...

Pros None Cons 1. This is rundown to the extent of creepiness. Dont understand why so many good reviews. 2. I went on south east asia trip and this was the one of the expensive hotel on my trip and the worst. 3. The bathroom is open and if you dont have double story room it sucks for family with...

I REALLY wanted to love this place, but my visit started off on the wrong footing. I checked in around 8pm (check-in was pleasant), and once taken to my room I noticed my bed linens were dirty. I went to call front desk, but the phone did not work. I made my way down the stairs from the third floor...

The general service they offer here is pretty good, staffs are friendly, drinks are okay. Pretty overpriced for Cambodia if you ask me, the overall atmosphere is good for a casual dine out. I ordered stir fried duck for dinner only to find raw meat mostly, not only that but I also have to pay for it.....
