I booked a room at this hotel for two nights. The house had no computers to use the internet, the WIFI barely ever worked. The staff was ok, but the tuk-tuk guys (part of the hotel) just want to rip you off all the time. The hotel is far form everything in a very dark street. Make sure you get...

I arrived in the evening from Bangkok, I booked this guest house as a part of a package deal that I bought at a travel agent on Khao San road (travel from Bangkok, visa into Cambodia and guest house accommodation). The hotel is down a very bumpy dirt road and arriving when dark, it definitely did not feel safe. As...

Not really sure how we got roped into going to this Hotel, I think it was just our naivity after getting off the bus at the station. Anyway, we found it to be dark and dingy, was clean to be fair, but the tour desk person was just so pushy. Not long after we had arrived, ie.e within minutes he...

Very expensive lesson. The hotel is situated down a very muddy unlit road. When I arrived I was subject to the hard sell for very overpriced tours, if you dont accept the seller becomes very angry. I had unfortunately prepaid for a few nights from another country ,so thought no worries bad luck. The airconditioner didn't work ,and the room was...

This place is heavily linked to the border scams. You are over charged at the thai side of the border for a room. The staff at reception are friendly but the tour sales man is two faced. smiles and then scowls and is angry if you don't buy from him Is very arrogant as well. Rooms are okay, but the...

We came to the hotel after a wait and a bit of hassle at the border in Poipet. Massive scamming place! I would advise anyone to get visas prior to the border if possible as visas cost anything from 600 to 1300 baht. We paid an additional 200 baht as we forgot our photos!! You queue up twice so make...

Stayed here in April 2010 and thought that whilst this was a clean hotel, with a nice bar and variety of guests, it was also the venue for many opportunists. Being familiar with the region it was fairly easy to rebuff all the 'offers' from friends of the hotel staff for special tours and sightseeing experiences. Please be warned that...

When we first arrived to the guesthouse, we were very pleased, it looked clean and the staff were friendly. The tour manager greeted us and seemed very nice... he took a while to give us the room key, he made us sit at his tour desk and attacked us with questions about our plans to go to Vietnam, we were...

“Always bargain for an AC room. It has both an AC and a fan. Also try not to get the second floor as wifi doesnt work there. And a balcony would be a real bonus.”
