This is a fantastic hotel, very clean and beautiful. The staff are incredible and lovely people. Food is good and drinks are too. Happy hour is two for one drinks. It was a great experience staying here and I would go back. It's a very welcoming and comfortable place.

This hotel is the Fawlty Towers of Cambodia but without the humour - rooms were tired & smelt musty, a/c was noisy, we had to hassle to have our 2 rooms made up (at 6pm!), breakfast was limited in choice and quantity, we had to repeatedly request refills when items ran out, the toaster was broken and staff disinterested. We...

Had a bit of a mix up on my reservation when checking in. We were given a room with two beds instead of the king that I booked in advance. Was told there were no other rooms and I had to stay there two nights before I could get my booked room. I insisted that I wanted the room I...

I really enjoyed my stay here but there were a few issues. The room itself was nice. We upgraded to the suite and there was lots of space and it was a really comfortable room. The room was also very clean. The location of the hotel was good. There was plenty of stuff right around it and Pub Street and...

Budget Hotel ($35 USD p/night - breakfast included). Positives - friendly staff, although English is quite poor; good location- Lucky Mall and a variety of convenience shops nearby, restaurants just around the corner .. Lilypop and Try Me are recommended, decent bed, 15 minute walk to pub street (or a $2 tuk tuk ride). Negatives - noisy corridors (doors slam,...

The room was big and clean, has all the facilities normally available in a hotel. Beds are big and comfortable. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Breakfast included. Their own restaurant serves good local food and the prices are cheaper than outside. We came back for lunch and dinners in some days. I would give 5/5 if all the facilities...

Stayed here for a couple of night and was very impressed. The staff give you a warm welcome on arrival and throughout your stay. The rooms are reasonably sized and comfortable, with free WiFi. The bar with it's nice, small terrace, is a good place to start the evening , to take advantage of happy hour, before a short walk...
