Guesthouse run by a Japanese owner. So many Japanese tourists use this place and you may feel a bit lonely since there aren't so many non-Japanese tourists. They also serve traditional Japanese and Cambodian cuisine at a good price. Also, if you want to check out Preah Vihear, this is definitely the place to drop by since they always book tours there. There are 2 stores nearby to do all your shopping.

Cons:
The local staff cannot speak English well and you may have a hard time trying to communicate. The rooms are also a bit dirty and they got bugs crawling all over the place. One of the fellow guests I met said her toilet doesn't flush. Don't forget to check your rooms before accepting it.

I have been Seamraj last few weeks and stayed in Takeo Guest House. It was good location because it is located in down town. You can go hang out places by walking. Stuffs are nice and ready to be assisted. The room is ok. it is not so clean How can I say you get what you pay for :)
