Great location, wonderful staff however staff levels need to be increased. The staff tried their very best but they were stretched too thin. Was very difficult to get any service by the pool (as advertised) as there was only one person on. However- it is in a great spot, easy walk to markets and pub street, bike hire and tours...

Great receptionist staff, but that's about it in terms of positives for this hotel. Breakfast was average but edible, our bathroom flooded after a shower on the first day. Got worse on the second so we changed rooms. Upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was nice but really noisy seeing that it overlooked the swimming pool. Location a...

The Hotel is quite old and the furnitures in the room is quite old too... The bathroom is worst than that as it is dirty and the water from the shower was super duper slow... I have got a smelly pillow realised it when I was about to sleep at 12am as I back to my room at that time.....

We got what we expected for the price.... Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms , nice pool to relax, and not to far to walk to night market and good restaurants. Beautiful wooden furniture in public areas... Hotel needs a little TLC....But overall a good place to stay...

Love the spacious rooms. Love the refreshing pool. Love the happy and friendly staff. Love the location. Love the room cleaners. Disappointed in the same breakfast menu EVERY day. Frustrated with the wifi not always available in the room. But overall - quite happy!!

Very friendly and attentive staff, who offered welcome drinks and chilled towels upon arrival. Clean and large-sized room, the bathroom had nice amenities and a shower curtain to separate the toilet and shower, which was a nice change. Decent restaurant with good hours, nice pool to cool down in after a hot day of temple-hopping, and reliable wi-fi (although you...

Super legit. Picked me up at the airport no problen. The guy who picked me up ended up being my tuk tuk driver for the two days. He was a very friendly and helpful man named Virak. His tuk tuk is number 10. Very cheap, efficient, and positive experience. Nothing negative to say.

The hotel has nice rooms and offers good comfort for the money you pay. The rooms are well equipped but as there is a bar next to the hotel you tend to really hear their music until midnight or sometimes later. We immediately got a room at the other which was good. All members of the hotel are very welcoming...
