I enjoyed every minute of my stay at Hariharalaya. I was lucky enough to be among a great group of people, all of whom got on with each other. The staff were warm and accommodating and it was clear from the start what kind if week we were about to embrace. Opening up and sharing with each other was all...

My mother and i did this 6day yoga and meditation retreat together and both found it to be a deeply relaxing, thought provoking and a great introduction into yoga on a physical and mental level. we didnt even bicker ahah. It let us get back to ourselves without the distractions of the outside world (no technology not even a watch...

I came without any expectations and I was so surprised. Booking this Retreat week was one of my best decisions in my life. It's a great place with a lot of energy, great stuff, great programme, great food and great massages. It is a very relaxing, harmonious and inspiring place to finding your silence and inner balance. Even when you...

The whole experience was incredible. It is a challenge- early mornings, periods of silence, meditation and just being- but that's the reason we sign up to a retreat (or at least that's why I did). I was looking for a change, to learn, to be and that's exactly what I found. It's a fantastic journey alongside other incredible people whom...

My partner and i spent the week with Hariharalaya and really enjoyed ourselves. The yoga sessions and teachers were top notch, the guidance through beginning meditation practice was excellent, the food blew us away, all the staff were lovely and the extra activities (rock climbing, ping pong, pool, juice bar) were exceptional. We would definitely recommend this to anyone and...

Had really great retreat trip at Hariharalaya: great vegan food, friendly and thoughtful staffs, peaceful site and meaning full talks and awakening session. Also, I enjoy many aspects of Cambodia culture just at Hariharalaya. you don't need much yoga experience as Yoga teachers will guide from basic. Strongly recommend for anyone want a break for yourself.

This has been one of the most wonderful and inspiring experiences that I've had. I had never practiced yoga before signing up for the retreat, but have made so much progress in the 6 days that I was there: I became more in tune with my body, more mindful, more food-conscious, more at peace, and altogether happier. The retreat is...

Hariharalaya was exactly what I was hoping for. Personally, I'm not bothered by any of the negatives that I've read in other reviews. When you understand why the locals put music on at 4am then you realise that you're getting a real Cambodian experience. I know a lot of people wanted pure silence, but one primary skill of meditation is...

If you are having doubts, put them aside and sign up. You won't regret it. This retreat is the perfect way to try yoga and meditation. It provides a caring and safe environment for guests to open their minds to new experiences and all facets of the yogi lifestyle. Although I attended the retreat with hopes that yoga could help...
